We are truly grateful for the exceptional care and service provided here, especially thanks to Albert! He was incredibly patient in explaining our cat Chichi's condition, walking us through each step of the process in the initial consultation. His clear explanations helped ease my anxiety and built my full trust in the team. I knew right away that Chichi was in great hands. Throughout Chichi’s stay, there was consistent and transparent communication, which we truly appreciated. We feel so fortunate to have Albert as our vet, and we’re relieved that Chichi didn’t require surgery for any serious injuries. I couldn’t be more impressed with the team’s professionalism and, most importantly, their genuine love and care for animals. Thank you so much!!! Sending love to you all ?

We attended this Hospital after having a really bad experience with Glasgow and we cannot fault them. Our dog had an Adrenal tumour with cushings disease and needed this removed as it was compressing her vein. Having read how risky this operation could be we were worried sick but Sofia who we dealt with couldn’t have been more helpful. We had so many questions and she always got back to us very quickly with all the information, nothing was too much trouble. The Senior Surgeon Kathryn Pratschke also took time to help us make a decision putting our minds more at ease and we couldn’t have asked for better service. The Vets were just wonderful and were so gentle with our girl who can be very nervous and wary of people she doesn’t know. They kept in touch with phone calls and emails with pictures while Holly was staying with them and she was home with us after a couple of days now resting. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

I cannot express enough gratitude to the incredible team of veterinarians, nurses, and students who took care of our dog after he broke his leg. From the moment we arrived, we felt supported and reassured by their professionalism and kindness. The veterinarians were not only highly skilled but also patient in explaining every step of the treatment and recovery process. The nurses and students showed such compassion and attention to detail, ensuring that our dog was comfortable and well cared for at all times. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, our dog made a full recovery, and we are forever grateful to this amazing team!

We used the services of The Hospital for Small Animals for our dog Zola. Unfortunately this wasn't a success story for us but I just wanted to commend the services and efforts of the neurology department for the way in which they dealt with our dog. From phone calls every day with in depth and detailed explanations, progress updates and support they ensured our dog was comfortable through out the whole process. A special shout out to Albert and Anna who gave him every chance and more, along with being professional and compassionate throughout our dogs journey. From our personal experience I would highly recommend the neurology department....many thanks for everything guys. C

These guys are amazing. My dog was in for an operation, but she has dodgy kidneys, which could make the operation more complicated. She was in for 4 days, I had at least 2 phone calls each day from the surgical or nursing team. What I picked her up there was a comprehensive set of post op instructions, dressings and meds.

If you are unlucky enough to have to take your beloved pet here, be reassured they could not be in a better place.

I want to add, thank you to all the staff for the wonderful loving care you gave Roxy xxx

Almost 2 years to the day, I drove to the dick hospital from Glasgow with a very unwell rabbit, on the advice of a Glasgow vet. I was told that dick hospital would perform surgery to remove an abdominal blockage. Instead, they took the rabbit and euthanized him without telling me. They then had the cheek to ask if I would 'donate his body so students can practice on him'.
