Got super sick this year with a respiratory infection that’s going around, had to make a last minute appointment and went to this location. Rhonda is an amazing nurse practitioner, who provided excellent care and support and answered all of my questions and concerns. She was very good at explaining things and even printed me a list of safe cold medicine to take during pregnancy. Would go again, 11/10 experience!

I had a sinus infection and am new to the area. I saw The Little Clinic at the grocery store by my home, so I looked at pricing online and scheduled an appointment for $99. Even though I showed no signs of covid, I took 2 tests before I left my house. Both were negative. When I arrived I checked in and was charged right away, without even being seen yet. I waited quite a while, and was even skipped by another patient who showed up after I did. Eventually I saw the nurse practitioner who I explained my symptoms to. I had no fever or signs of the flu, but she tested me anyway. And even though I told her I had just taken 2 covid tests, she also tested me for that. Again, I explained that I believed I had a sinus infection. She finally looked inside my ears and agreed that I was severely congested with mucus in my sinuses. She asked how long I had been showing symptoms. I replied, "5 days." She told me she could not prescribe antibiotics until I had shown symptoms for 10 days. To call back if I was still sick in 5 days and she would send a prescription to the pharmacy. Absurd, but I followed her instructions. After an additional 5 days, I called back and she finally released a prescription for amoxicilin to the pharmacy. Fastforward to several months later, I received a bill in the mail from the clinic stating I owed an additional $75. I went back to the clinic to question the charges and was told by the receptionist that they have a third party call line to handle payments and disputes, but that my bill had already been sent to collections. She gave me the number to call and explained that it was likely a new patient charge which isn't stated online. She told me this happens a lot and she apologized. When I called the billing line I was told that I was being charged a new patient fee, even though that transaction should've taken place when I showed up to the clinic initially. Had that information been made clear I would have canceled the appointment because it was outside of my budget. I was also told that I had been charged for a covid test and a flu test, both of which I made clear to the NP that I did not need. When I explained that the online pricing list did not state there was a different price for new patients, and the receptionist told me this had been a problem in the past because the website is misleading, the operator argued with me that it was in the fine print (I read the fine print after our phone conversation and it mentions nothing about an additional "new patient fee"). She said the receptionist would be "coached" on how to reply in the future. I refused to pay the difference and wanted to speak to an administrator. I was told the office manager would contact me within a few days. No one ever reached out, so back to the clinic I go. Spoke to a different receptionist who took a detailed message for the office administrator and sent it via email while I was standing at her desk. Another week passed, still no response. In the meantime I'm getting collection notices from the company that bought my outstanding debt and my credit score dropped because of the fraudulent charges. I do not reccomend using this facility as they are dishonest and refuse to communicate. Also note that one of my fellow coworkers had an appointment with his primary care physician the same day that I went to The Little Clinic and was prescribed an antibiotic that day. So as to why I had to suffer through an additional 5 days is beyond me. The Little Clinic is a scam. Be forewarned.

Good staff, quick friendly service... However the booking system and phone system are utter trash. Multiple appointments have not existed when I've arrived for them and I've only been here four times. Staff is aware of the issue I think it's just Dillons system is junk.

My appointment on March 17 at the little clinic was very pleasant. Sam at the front desk and who took my vitals prior to seeing Dr Rhonda Young was very nice and helpful and listened to my issues and gave me options on the testing that needed performed. Dr Young was very nice, knew what the issue was and explained it to me and gave me all the info and diet requirements I needed for Gastroenteritis. Same experience my Wife had a week before and she highly recommended I see them for my issues. Quick and easy check-in. Thank you guys!!!!!

This place is a joke. I made an appointment with my son at 10am. He's had a bad cough that has lasted over 1 week at this point. No sign of getting better. I even bought cough suppressant 2 days before I made the appointment. Didn't help. Doctor sees him. Literary at 10:06 I am paying the receptionist $99 because we are done. They said there's nothing wrong with him. Looked in his ear mouth. Listened to him breathe. Well 4 days later, cough still here, actually seems worse. His eye is now swollen shut. I'm really trying to understand how this so called doctor can justify their exam and cost. What a waste of time and money visiting these jokers. Never again. I'll go to a real clinic now

I made an appt online for 9am and came to this clinic at 8:40am to check in. The clinic opens at 8:30am and nobody was there. There was another customer who had schedulers and appt before me and was there waiting as well. We tried to call the little clinic phone number online and nobody answered the phones. They charge a $20 no show fee but you can't get ahold of anyone to talk to and nobody ever showed up. So unprofessional. Will never be going to this clinic again.

Scheduled vaccine 4pm, called and texted various times in the day (night shift worker) telling to come in earlier if I could, I replied I could not and was told see you at 4p. I get here at 4pm and was told they had vaccines that expired at 4pm and that I would have to wait 25 minutes for the vaccines to thaw. My suggestion was to make clear why requested to come in early rather than not be prepared for the appointment. First and last experience with the Little Clinic, found the receptionist to be a little stressed. Everyone with appointments behind me got the same answer. As a previous leader in the healthcare industry that encompassed a vaccine program I feel this was poorly organized.
