Dr. Lane Smith, Justin and the entire team at The Pet Wellness Center is phenomenal! They were totally committed to caring for everything our dog Sierra needed. Their compassion and attention to her and her care were beyond exemplary. We could not asked for or expected anything more. No one should be uncertain or concerned about taking their pet here. We would highly recommend them.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Dr. Lane Smith LISTENS to you and takes the time to explain and answer questions, and repeatedly checks in if there is anything else left unanswered or not addressed. It shows that every one of the staff at The Pet Wellness Center LOVES what they do and wants to provide the best experience and care for every patient and their humans. 5 STAR ALL THE WAY? ?

We initially started seeing the vets at Pet Wellness Center when my dog got sick right after we moved to Phoenix. They were able to accommodate us for a last minute appointment, and after our first visit I decided they were our new vets for sure. Dr. Smith is fantastic and never once thought I was crazy for micromanaging my dog’s health. While I really loved Dr. Smith all of the staff members are phenomenal. The clinic is clean and I loved that it was a smaller facility. We never had to wait long and were always seen on time, which is great when you have a nervous pet. We have moved away from the Phoenix area and I will miss their kindness and care!

Dr Smith and his staff were so caring and thorough, and my bashful doggy approached them. She usually shies away from strangers. They were our "2nd opinion" and came up with an alternative to the suggested surgery. And if surgery is needed, he's half the cost of the previous vet.

We needed a new vet as our past one retired. I was so impressed with this clinic. The vet tech came in and was very thorough and then updated Dr Smith prior to him coming in. Dr Smith came in and sat down on the floor with my Yorkie and talked through everything. We were there just for a wellness check and to get established as a patient. There was no rushing in and out like most vets. Dr Smith’s passion for animals is evident in his care. I highly recommend this clinic.
