Absolutely wonderful experience at the office. They did a great job with caring for our kitten, given her circumstances of being there! . I am happy to bring my other animals to see them going forward. Kylee was amazing. Very reassuring to me.

When I walk in the door with my little Henry, every single one of the ladies that work there go crazy. They absolutely love on him, and do a magnificent job. The best thing is they’re right up the road from me very convenient.!! You ought to give them a try!

Always a great experience/visit. Reesie loves the Vets and Aides there and she always get great care. I LOVE the follow-up call you receive the day after your visit. They call to check on your pet’s reaction to their treatment and ask if we are concerned or have questions with anything regarding their care.

My name is Marley, my mom decided to find a new veterinarian for me to start seeing. So me being a little excited and love to meet and jump on new people this task seemed to be a bit daunting. However, my mom decided on The Pet Wellness Group of Florence. My appointment was at 10:30am as one can imagine I was a bit overwhelmed at first. I was super happy to see so many smiling faces from check in until my appointment was complete. I was super comfortable when I had to go with the kind girl to get my nails trimmed. But I was returned to my humans in a very short time. The it was peanut butter and cookies from then on to the end of my visit. The staff so kindly explained everything to my humans and the next thing I knew it was all complete. They even let my my mom pay for my visit in the same room I had been given the peanut utter and cookies. Thanks for all of that Marley!! I am 110% satisfied with the kindness and caring attributes of the staff at the pet wellness group. If you’re searching for a new place for the care of your pets, The Pet Wellness Group is a true 5 star experience for your fur babies 🐶💕!!

We would like to express our gratitude for everyone at pet wellness for always being our number one call and resource!
We have been going to them for 7ish years now.
Krush and Macie both have seasonal allergies along with food allergies.
We've been able to eliminate most all of their symptoms , grow out beautiful full coats , and embrace wiggles to the fullest!
Their hospitality is of the highest quality , on one occasion they even drove us home after experiencing car problems.

This facility is very warm and welcoming with the sweetest and caring ladies. They loved my puppy, Murphy, the first time they saw him. I appreciate their concern for him. They are knowledgeable and they listen to all my concerns. I appreciate them.

I took my cat in this morning for the first time. Poor little guy was scared. The staff was so good with him. Everyone was so nice. They explained everything to me in detail. Prices up front, which were very reasonable. I still feel bad that he attacked the doctor in the other room. My deepest apologies...

They have the kindest staff here. They don’t pressure you into anything, never make me feel bad about anything financially. I don’t worry at all when my pets are here. My dog just had surgery today and everyone is always wonderful
