Still waiting to hear back from the owner of this UPS store about a unfortunate experience with sending a package on Wed, Oct 16. Working with Bailey, who was very prompt and professional, I sent a fly fishing reel to a grandson in NC. The new reel itself was worth $130. As the transaction progressed I declined insurance, having confidence in UPS from past experience. I joked about seeing that for $147.00 I could send it overnight! I made this remark to Bailey and she even said that that’s more than the item cost. I guess what I was looking at on the screen was that she had rung it up as a one day ship. I never asked for it to be shipped that quickly, much less expensively. When she asked me to check the label I just quickly looked at the address to make sure it was correct. I honestly thought it was $14.08, or basically $15.00. I admit I was not being that careful about it- with about the same attention at a drive-up, especially when there are others behind me. The credit card reader did not ask for a pin and quickly finalized the transaction. Usually that is the last chance to see what your total is. I just took the receipt and left and did not pay any more attention to it until I saw the $147.08 charge. I never realized what happened until it was too late. All I was told was, “Sorry. There’s nothing we can do” by Bailey and Chris. I asked to talk to the owner because I can’t forget this, nor can I afford it! There is something you can do. You can refund me $130.00 and keep my business. At least call me back. It has been 4 days

I was really debating on whether or not to do a review on this store, but thinking it over I changed my mind. Saturday October 12th I went to return an Amazon package. Didn’t have any issues with the return, but the customer service was just bad. I didn’t catch the employee’s name, but when it came to asking for my last name I told her and instead of asking politely how to spell it she goes, “ Well I don’t know how to spell, go on.” Now I get it some names can be difficult to spell and I probably should have spelled it right away, but there was no need to be so rude and give so much attitude towards something like that.

Really frustrating that when you are trying to return an Amazon package that you received from a family member and it’s needing to be returned, I am relying on family member for ship back label. Didn’t have a QR code cause I was givin the return label, then they wanted to charge me $3 to print it! WTH. You can scan a QR code for free and print it but no print the label shown on my phone by scanning or anything from Amazon. Didn’t seem like the lady wanted to do anything to help a customer. I get your busy but geez. This location is the most disrespectful and I’ve only been there twice. I will drive out my way to Georgia location much friendlier than this one.

UPS sent me some return shipping labels to return some ammo. For some reason, the vendor sent me the wrong caliber ammo. Anyway, even though UPS supplied the return shipping labels and the fact that UPS shipped the ammo to me originally, the lady at this location refused to ship it back. She claimed it was against the law, it's not. It's not a large caliber ammo and it didn't exceed 50 caliber. I called UPS customer service, not to tattletale, but to verify I could ship it. They verified their ability to ship it, and that the store should have accepted and shipped it for me. Honestly, it's not the end of the world, but certainly not something that I wanted to deal with on a busy day. I post this in the hope that their employees are properly trained in the future and to prevent this from happening again.

I took a package to be returned back to Nike last week. UPS taped the new label on for me but when I left, marked through the new label and sent the package back to me at my address. I took it back to UPS yesterday around 2:30 and explained because I know everyone makes mistakes. I was charged to print a new label and return the package for a second time. I asked the young man why I was having to pay again since the mistake was theirs and he shrugged his shoulders and said “that’s what we do” and I needed to pay. Extremely disappointed in a store I have used for years and in the lack of customer service I received yesterday and the failure to even issue an apology for the inconvenience. I’ll be using FedEx from now on.

Dropped off two separate Amazon return packages here and one never got scanned in the other never made it back to Amazon. 30 days later Amazon says they won’t refund me bc they didn’t receive return. Keep your drop off receipt and make sure they scan each item if doing Amazon returns!
