This clinic was referred to me by a friend and I'm so glad I brought my dog when I did. She was seen immediately for her snake bite and assessed promptly. The staff was very kind and explained each possible treatment plan for her with a cost break-down and gave me the freedom to choose what I felt was best, given their knowledgeable recommendation. My sweet girl is okay now after receiving her treatment and I will be sure to visit again, should another emergency arise.

The staff at VERC handled our emergency visit quickly and compassionately. The tech and the doctor both took extra time to answer my questions and explain the options for treatment as well as follow-up instructions.

Pet emergencies are always stressful, but everyone I interacted with was kind and reassuring. I hope I never have to come back, but if I do, I know my dog will be treated with the highest level of care.

We unfortunately had to take our fur baby into the emergency vet for a seizure. From the moment we walked in the staff was absolutely amazing. We met with the Dr. who went over our concerns and answered all of our questions. When it was time to review the estimate it was a little higher than we were comfortable paying however it’s emergency pricing which is very understandable. We asked if it was safe to monitor our dog from home and see our vet the next day and the staff was so incredibly nice and supportive. Not once did they make us feel bad for wanting to take him home without doing their tests. They even said that it would be more affordable at our vets office which we greatly appreciated their transparency. A lot of the reviews complaining about the price are insane. From a medical standpoint they have to check everything to get answers so to me the price seemed reasonable however we felt comfortable waiting after talking with the Dr. we would 10/10 recommend going.

I had to bring my dog here on a Saturday afternoon to have a fish hook removed from his mouth. The staff and doctors were all friendly and they took great care of my dog. We were in and out in a few hours and the bill for services was very fair in my opinion. I would highly recommend this business.

Very happy with the level of care. Dr. Nanai and her staff was amazing. Very informative and helped ease my mind. They took the absolute best of care of my frenchie, Bear! They lived on him and made sure he was always comfortable. I highly recommend them!

I have personality have never used this company at all until the Twilight hours of Sunday morning. The staff was on there feet and helping me instantly and treated me and my Buddy with fast and speedy help in his time of need. The doctor and staff was fantastic. Even though it was a horrible experience with Fatal results. They helped me thru this hard hard time of loosing my friend of 14 years. I cannot tell you how my heart feels towards these people helping me thru my time of emergency and emotions afterwards. I just got my friend back today from my regular vet today and they did a fantastic job of taking care of the cremation and the box and card was the best I have even thought I would get for my money. I hope no one goes thru this, it's the circle of life unfortunately, if yall need a emergency vet. These are the people. Thank all of yall for what you did for me and my friend. ❤️
