Amazing people and amazing experience!! Everyone was super nice and very helpful. They answered all of our questions about our new pet and even gave us suggestions on how to acclimate our new pets together. 1000% would recommend to anyone with a current pet or planning on getting a new one.

I have had THE WORST service from this vet. I tried to get refills for flea and tick medications in June when my dog had last been seen in February and was DENIED because they said I had to bring him back in to be able to do a routine med refill.
I had rude staff try to explain to me how prescriptions work on 2 different occasions - I’m a practicing MD. When I tried to fill these meds through their online pharmacy after this required appointment I was again DENIED the fill because they had printed scripts at the visit and they were demanding I RETURN the printed scripts. I have never required a patient return a script if they choose to have an rx sent electronically!! That’s unheard of. This isn’t for an opioid!!! It’s flea and tick medicine. I am stunned by the hostility.

They've taken such good care of our Optimus-Prime "Prime"!! He's getting better each day after seizures started out of nowhere! He certainly would have died if we hadn't found y'alls ER location and was able to transition to a primary Vet - Thank y'all SO much!!!

Professional, clean, helps budget, COVID-19 protocols in place AND enforced! ?% recommend!

It was a first class experience from beginning to end. It’s a very laid back environment. We were greeted when we walked in and there really wasn’t a wait. The Vet tech was very kind and knew his stuff. The Vet Dr Bailey gave us some good information and was amazing. And special thanks to Michela for not let it g me forget my cup!!

I have been going to Village Vets for about 10 years, since I adopted my dogs, but it’s really gone downhill. I used to have a relationship with the vet. No more. I never see the same vet twice, and they take my dog back to a back area to examine her. This is new. There is so much info gathered when you are in the room with your dog and the vet. So literally, I interact with the vet for about a minute after the exam, and the vet is trying to get me out of the room. Really unhappy. I’ve noticed that they don’t post their vets on the website anymore- only the administrators. Guess they don’t stay long. I’ll be looking for a new practice. I’m sad about this, because this isn’t how it used to be.
