Brought my sick rooster in, although he had to be put down, the staff and doctors were amazing. Front desk ladies helped answer many questions about my other rescues farm animals. They were so kind.

I don't flip flop vets. I started using Thompson Veterinary because they saw my livestock. Their care of my livestock made me switch my dogs to them as well. I have NOT been disappointed. Without a doubt, their care for my pets is driven by the best care for my pets and not the best cost for their wallet. I am always pleasantly surprised with the bill at the end of my visit. If you love your pets and livestock and want nothing but the best for them - Thompson Veterinary is the VERY BEST.

Had our first visit there today. The office is very clean and the staff is excellent. Dr. Aimee was very knowledgeable. The appointment was done in a timely manner without feeling rushed. Super glad we have an amazing office for our pup to go to!

We needed emergency vet help and drove from Thomaston to be seen. I can not give enough praise to the staff. Dr. Morris was so compassionate and reminded me of the vet we used growing up (Mike Pasley). We had to have our dog put down a week later because he could not recover from his injuries but they showed all the love and compassion you could ask for. Their prices are way more reasonable than other vets we have used. The facility is top notch. The tech that assisted with the euthanasia even painted a Mickey head on the back of the paw mold because our dog had a Mickey on his back. We will continue to use their practice because of acts of kindness like that. Thank you to everyone at the practice.

The folks at Thompson Vet in Barnesville are wonderful! They are very kind and so helpful. I brought in a mare for coggins test and couldn't get her to load back on the trailer. Several employees worked very hard and very diligently to get her loaded even though it took some time and was painstaking to say the least. Thank y'all SO MUCH!!
I also love how available this vet's office is. The communication is great and it's personal. It is clear that they truly care and are passionate about what they do.
I am also really impressed by what they offer for interns. Look on the website and see. To me this shows a true love for the work and a desire to help people AND animals. Love it! Thanks again!!

It took forever for me to find a vet that really made me feel comfortable when taking care of my dogs. After visiting several different offices, I knew my first visit at Thompson Veterinary Services would not be my last. My German Shorthairs have become permanent patients ever since. The staff is wonderful and the office is stunning. Each appointment, I feel genuine care from the doctors and technicians, which was always something that was so hard to find in previous vets. They always tell me exactly what I need to hear and point me in the right direction. I am so grateful they value my pet’s health as much as I do. If I could give more stars I absolutely would.
