I need to share my experience with you regarding Timberline Animal Hospital in Fort Collins! Our beloved cat who we found in a gutter 12 years ago in Florida stopped eating and drinking and was wasting away! We were beside ourselves because we didn’t have a vet and we didn’t want our beautiful boy to suffer anymore! We called around and chose this office to take our baby to. Dr Anna Kimball was the kindest, most empathetic vet I have ever been to! My Husband and I were beside ourselves and Anna comforted us and was so good with our Griffy! Everyone there was lovely and any animals we get we will only take to Dr Anna! We cant thank you enough for your warmth and empathy on possibly one of the Hardest days of our lives! We miss our boy terribly but Dr Anna made it just that bit easier!

I rated them 5 stars soon after I moved away, and now I wish I could give them 10 stars.

I knew they were fantastic but I had no idea until I had to find a new vet elsewhere. Even just reviewing the records that they sent me to pass on to my new vet, I can see how thorough and complete their care is. Customer service can't be beat, with the ability to schedule appointments and access my dog's vaccination records online (super helpful when going to a new boarding facility or pooch plunge and suddenly realize you need proof of vaccination!). Once, I attempted to schedule a follow-up appointment about a medication and they let me know I could just receive a brief phone call from Dr. Gray instead. Saved me the cost of a visit and so much more convenient.

I can't recommend Timberline Animal Hospital more highly and only hope I (finally) find someone as good in my new home.

Dr. Rowe was so amazing with my dog. He made us feel welcomed, listened to and treated my pup with so much care and attention. The staff at the front were so kind and welcoming. HIGHLY recommend!

I was so impressed with my experience at this Vet office! My dog Luna had a sudden injury causing some pain in jumping and running around, my standard vet was unable to do X-Ray images so I took Luna here to have them done. Everyone at this office was so incredibly kind and easy to work with! Especially Dr. Kimball, who is probably the best veterinarian I have ever seen. She is so empathetic and kind, I truly felt like she cared about Luna and figuring out what was going on with her. Seeing a new vet can always be a bit nerve-wracking, but she made the experience very smooth and I felt very assured leaving Luna in her care. Thank you Dr.Kimball and everyone on your team for the wonderful experience!!

We recently brought my dog here for the first time as we just moved to the area. She gets extremely anxious and stressed for vet visits, but Dr. Kimball was very gentle and understanding for the whole visit. Our dog needed her annual exam and vaccinations but also had a dew claw injury that ended up needing a second visit for sedation. Both were scheduled within 2 days of us calling to make an appointment. Again the vets and technicians took their time with us to explain everything and handled Terra with such kindness. We are definitely making them our regular vet for Terra’s care.
