Was just a witness of a road rage incident involving bus #12496 where the bus drove wrong way trying to cut out other vehicles, when the bus driver realized that I'm taking a video of the incident, he pelted my car with what ever food he had in the bus, all on video, I was once involved with CDL drivers, there is no way he would pass a spot check

Was behind bus #6163 this morning (1/3/24). The driver must have been on drugs or is completely inept. It was going 15 MPH in the left lane of the West Side highway. They didn’t know its route or where to turn. At one intersection, the driver changed their mind at the last second. Then while waiting at the light, it kept edging up. At the Warren Street intersection where it did make the left turn, the bus had a green turn arrow but the driver DIDN’T KNOW HOW to complete the left turn and just stood there motionless and helpless at the intersection not understanding it had the right of way. The driver idled there for so long, I had to drive around. Besides the clueless bus driver, the bus had one working headlight. Bravo.

Not only did this bus driver have children in his bus.. but he ran the red light and almost hit me and my child and when I said something to him he continued to slam the horn in our ears until we got on the sidewalk.. he than continued to go through the red light he is a major danger to the children. I am still waiting for someone to call me back after the voice-mail I left his bus number is 11958 and this was located today In maspeth queens and Older Spanish man was the driver. This is an everyday thing something needs to be done before he kills a child he is very reckless

Making a complaint on a dispatcher this morning. Had enough ignorance in her to tell me. " Oh, how am I supposed to know when the bus is going to come. But your associate knew, after I called again after the ignorant on hung up the phone on me twice. Find another job. I work in transportation and I am trying to figure out why ahe showed up for work. You deal with children.. a parent ahould not be spoken to in that manner, nor should you feel your in the right for displaying that amount of stupidity and laziness. Put me on hold, get ahold of the driver ask whats the ETA, then get back to me. The bus was currently amd hour late.

Quality transportation company General ed department has a very bias, Operations manager doesn't look in to anything she takes anything and runs with it, she does write ups that are frivolous an has no merit. she speaks to her employees in a disrespectful manner, she doesn't give you a fair chance also Does not follow procedure. And the union rep /driver hazel is a bias Individual who Sides more with management And authority figures then employees she is Supposed to represent.she will not defend at all she just there to be there Its very disturbing and questionable I feel that crystal B. Operations manager for quality transportation Has questionable management skills That are lacking and very unprofessional. I feel that she Enables certain employees such as the union rep. Hazel in her fellow driver zaida to make false allegations on other drivers that are not true. For Hazel to be are Representative for the union local100 for all drivers She lacks skills to represent you in a proper manner she withholds information from you if she has issues with you as well as the Operations manager. That's unacceptable and ridiculous I as a driver should not feel that I'm not being represented properly. In my opinion I feel that if this continues in this manner they will lose alot of drivers behind lack of respect and Sneaky tactics Mis representation I find to be very Troubling.I feel that they need a Experienced person who knows management skills also that treat employees fairly and with Dignity and with respect. This bus company is trash for real they be hours late picking my niece up sometimes they don’t even come at all. It’s no clear communication. How is it almost a hour later each day and I don’t know where my niece is at !!! This company needs to do better. WAY WAY BETTER !!!!
