Went into the TotalCare ER in Weatherford off Hwy 51 and immediately was greeted by such a happy helpful staff member! Made my paperwork easy to fill out. She even went above and beyond and filled out my husbands because he wasn’t feeling well. Didn’t wait very long and was called back by the nurse and felt very comfortable. Then the Dr. came and I just love every experience I have had with this ER doctor. He is the best and took very good care of me and my husband giving us everything we needed

They took such good care of me! I had food poisoning that had been killing me for 3 days, went in and the nurses and doctors got me fixed up fast and were so kind! B.C. the RN was amazing and made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. Thank you Total Care!

I had a work accident, grinder cut up my forearm pretty bad and they were able to stitch it up for me. The doctor and nursing staff were great, they helped me out quickly and kept me calm and comfortable during the whole process. I had to get it cleaned out then 16 stitches to close it up. It’s been about 2 days and I’m already healing up wonderfully. I would recommend this ER for your urgent care.

It was a Sunday so my PCP wasn’t an option and I was miserable so decided to go to the nearest urgent care. Their RN: BC was the best! The entire staff was wonderful. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and even had to call the next day to ask for stronger antibiotics and to my luck the same RN was working and he didn’t hesitate making sure I was taking care of. I will be back!

Absolutely wonderful. I was in and out in about 40 minutes. Dr. Scarborough was very knowledgeable and quick to act. My RN, BC was tremendous. Also want to thank Britney and Payton. Keep up the great work! Y’all are amazing!!

Total Care has very nice facility and it’s very clean. there staff went beyond and above for my bf . they took very good care of him. they answer any questions we had and didn’t hesitate with there responses. check on us very often to make sure we were doing ok and made us feel comfortable.

Had an excellent experience. Dr. Kautz took him time and made sure all of questions were answered. RN Kenna gave me a steroid shot and I never felt it! She's amazing. NA Larry was kind and efficient and the front desk, Haley was very sweet. I recommend TotalCare ER.

We have used this place a few times. Always fast service, some of the nicest people around, services like food and drink are always offered, and it’s obviously very clean.
Dr. Scarborough, he actually cares about patients. I feel like a lot of doctors don’t, they have a quota or just trying to get through the list of patients. Not Dr. Scarborough. He is kind, passionate, caring, thorough, very knowledgeable, and a GREAT human. And we learned all of this by meeting him one time! 🙂
BC the RN, fantastic. Words cannot describe how amazing he was. Fast, assertive, to the point, funny, kind, and over all he did an awesome job. 🙂
Payton, she is nice. She did her job, correctly, was fast and everything we’d expect. 🙂
I’m going to assume Dellanie was the lady who ran my daughter’s test. She was the only person who didn’t introduce herself, but her name is on paperwork. No bedside manners. Not very nice.
Other than that, very great place
