My furry friend, Beau and I, recently visited Dr. Helmer for an emergency visit! After a short phone call explaining the situation, the staff got me booked and seen within 2 hours!

Upon arrival, the staff was expecting me, and they were very friendly! Service overall was so quick and efficient!

My dog had to have an emergency surgery. The staff was great about caring for Beau, and making sure I stayed informed going forward. Dr. Helmer and SEVERAL staff members stayed hours past closing; making sure my sweet girl was going to get home safe! This was unexpected, but I am so grateful because emergency vet clinics can be very expensive, very quick.

With discharge, they made sure that I had no unanswered questions before I left! Everyone was knowledgeable, and made understanding the d/c plan easy! One of the staff members, Megan, helped me set up my car with a blanket/potty pads, and helped us load all our things into the car.

Dr Burcham at Tri Point Veterinary is the best vet! I followed him over from another clinic because I only trusted him with my pets. He always takes time and explains all aspects of my dog’s care. I highly recommend him as a caring, a great surgeon and experienced Vet!

We've been searching high and low for the perfect vet for our furry family members, and let me tell you, we've finally found our match! After trying out a few different options, we stumbled upon our current vet, and it's been nothing short of amazing. Our previous vet was starting to lose his spark, and some of the other clinics we tried felt like they were just trying to rush us in and out the door.

We've already brought two of our dogs here, and soon our boy Triton will be joining them for his check-up. I can confidently say that this vet clinic puts animal welfare above everything else. They address any concerns we have with the utmost care and attention. We couldn't be happier with our decision to make them our go-to vet clinic!

Thee best!!! So glad we found our new vet! We've been going here about a year and have never felt so confident in our dogs' care! We've also saved so much time and money caring for our diabetic dog.

Between 4 other vets we went to previously, we were spending hundreds on glucose curves or going in weekly for blood draws. One vet had us doing glucose curves at home, which ended with me in stitches. Dr. Burcham suggested a 2 week glucose monitor, which was less than half the price of ONE glucose curve from another vet and so easy! 2 weeks wearing it and our dog's blood sugar is FINALLY under control!!

Another vet quicked our dog's nail, denied doing it, the tried to charge us hundreds for x-rays to see why she wasn't putting weight on our paw. Dr. Burcham went for the easiest solution first- giving her antibiotics and something for pain and said we didn't need xrays.... she was walking on the paw within 2 days.

I have so many more examples, but this place is great and doesn't try to get you to do a bunch of unnecessary tests and stuff to get to a solution for your furry family members.

Dr. Burcham and Tri Point Veterinary Care is FANTASTIC! They were able to give us a same day appointment. Dr. Burcham and staff were great with our dog, answered all of our questions, and weren’t in a hurry to get out of the room. It was very clear they care about the patients and the service they provide.

Our boxer mix went blind in January with SARDS. The staff here all worked together, they drew blood with weekly followups. Turns out Otis has bone cancer and not much longer to live as his labs & weight keep going down. Everyone here works together so well!
