Pésimo servicio de las recepcionistas de llamada, son malcriadas y no tienen vocación al cliente cuando atienden, no volveré a ir nunca más con mi hija, les dije que mi bebé estaba mal y si pudieran darme una cita y me dijeron que no tenían citas, cuando ayer hablé con el Doctor y me dijo que una de las enfermeras me llamaría para venir hoy a ver a mi hija pero no quisieron simplemente ayudar, de verdad pésimo lugar para llevar a tu bebé, ten cuidado.

Terrible service from the call receptionists, they are spoiled and have no customer service when they serve, I will never go again with my daughter, I told them that my baby was sick and if they could give me an appointment and they told me they didn't have appointments, when yesterday I spoke to the Doctor and he told me that one of the nurses would call me to come today to see my daughter but they just didn't want to help, really terrible place to take your baby, be careful.

I have just spent the morning trying to contact my Doctor's office at Trinity Health group on East Main st. to get my prescription filled.
No one answers, which is not unusual for this office. Finally find out phones are down from answering service, which takes my info & when I asked if I would here from someone today, person would not give me an answer.
When I pressed her on it, she hung up. If my Doctor of 15 years did not move to this practice I would leave in a second.
Poor customer service, employees that do not know what they are doing, can't even get my prescription filled! UGH!

Be careful. Office bills fraudulently. Bills for longer times than you're in there for. still waiting to hear back from the office to correct my bill. You can never get in touch with anyone. Going to be reporting them to the state.

These people really ought to be ashamed of themselves. This was by far THE worst experience I’ve EVER had with a medical establishment. The pediatric office just DOES NOT answer the phone. You have to leave a message every time you call and good luck with getting a call back. Doctor Kholenberg did not send my daughter’s prescription to our pharmacy and I couldn’t even reach anyone to alert her about it. I called another pediatric office today to switch my children’s care. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE. EVER. The most unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered.

If you need any form of emotional communication or struggle socially do not go here. Zero communication, Barely any treatment, not included in treatment plan, unable to reach doctor at least 1/3 of the time, unable to contact Dr to make notes in chart (no problem doing this with other places), and rude management on top of it. Not a helpful place, especially if you are autistic. They will not tell you if you have done something wrong or inappropriate and they will not give you any chance to change behavior or apologize. You will get a call from someone you've never spoken to telling you they "suggest you find another provider" aka you can't see them anymore with no explanation. If you ask why you get talked down to and told your rude for asking. Therapists from other businesses were appalled at the behavior shown here by staff.

I called to make a appointment for my husband, he is a new patient. I’m a hospital worker in New York with 12 years experience. My husband was driving so I was helping giving out information request by the customer service . First my insurance is emblem health bridge -EPO. Before we called I confirm the coverage online , so trinity health was included . The customer service ask my husband what type of job he is doing before she asked for his SS number . He did not give her his Number because is not good to give this information over the phone . He said he was a taxis driver her answer was if you get a bill from here are you able to afford it . That was so rude . You cannot discriminate not one because of their job title specially when you are hospital worker we are dealing with people life . about the insurance was her second remark ; he mentioned His wife work in a hospital in New York so he is cover under my insurance . She said are you sure you are covered because a lot of people coming from New York and the health insurance are not working here . Can you afford to pay a bills she said . I felt so offended. She never give me the appointment. She was rude and and show poor customer service . I have 3 years taking my daughter to the pediatric clinic at the same place . My insurance is very good . It is so sad because with a customer service like these patient will run away from trinity health . please retrained your staff so they can learn how to speak proper customer service over phone .

In the last few months, I have had to deal with Franklin Medical Billing. Because they take care of more than one doctor and don't put this on the bill, I often have to look back and see who and what was it for. I would be on my 3rd time contacting them about a billing that they say I didn't pay.
The last one I repaid after sending them documentation why it was wrong. I paid 1/2 the balance remaining because it showed up yet again with threats of collection agency. So the next time, I paid the copay right there at the doctors office like I used to. But alas, this didn't work either.
In the last month, I got one bill for $20 and I figured ok their records need to keep up. But No, yesterday another collection letter with bold type.
I am at a lost but really don't need the stress dealing with Franklin medical as part of my medical assistance program.
