Dr prescribed a medicine I couldn't take due to allergy. I questioned it before leaving and he said it was fine. Pharmacy would not give it to me saying it could kill me. I called the office several times asking for a medicine change and they ignored me. I ended up having to go to a specialist for a simple infection that could have been taken care of easily.

Do not go here they don't care about you.

This medical care lack communication and they mostly close up for business on weeks days i called them to asked if i can book appointment for drug test and they make me waste time coming and i was told till friday ,get there and they are out of business They make me miss my drug test.

Came to this office on 10/5/2024 and they were closed. The office door and online it says they’re opened saturdays 9am-3pm but I came around 12, the building was unlocked but their office door was locked and the lights off.

One of the first ones here when they opened the doors on a Monday. I was 4th to check in. No urgent patients. I came for a quick sports physical ( they charge $30) Almost an hour and a half and I still haven’t been seen and will be Very late to work. Don’t expect speedy service, clear your day if you plan to come here.

Based on my recent visit to the urgent care, I would strongly advise against visiting during the weekday. Unfortunately, the staff at the front desk were incredibly rude and did not acknowledge me when I approached them. The smell of urine was also overwhelming, which made the experience even worse.

It's disappointing to have to leave such a negative review, but the poor customer service and unpleasant environment are simply unacceptable for a medical facility. I cannot in good conscience recommend this urgent care based on my experience during the weekday.

However, I did have a much better experience during my visit on the weekend. The staff were friendly and professional, and the overall environment was much cleaner and more pleasant. If you do need to visit this urgent care, I would recommend trying to schedule your appointment for a weekend, rather than a weekday.

Overall, my experience at this urgent care was a mixed bag. While the weekend staff were great, the weekday staff left a lot to be desired. The smell of urine was also a major issue that should be addressed. If you do choose to visit, I would recommend going on a weekend and being prepared for potential issues with customer service during the weekday.

Also, their hours are like bankers hours. Whats up with that. They pretty much force you to goto ER.

As a walk in, my entire visit was about 1-1/2 hours. I absolutely never expect to get in and out of a walk in clinic "fast" as you never know what people are there for and the amount of time with a doctor can vary depending on medical issues needing attention. I mean, realistically, I've spent more time than this waiting for a scheduled doctor's visit! Overall, once the staff was serving me, they were extremely attentive and pleasant. The doctor was absolutely awesome and since I do not have insurance I found their fee reasonable. I've paid the same in the past with insurance and more back in 2008 without insurance. I would go here again if needed. Thank you to the staff and Dr. T for being there when I needed them!
