This Vet Hospital is the Best. I've brought my cat's to several vet hospitals but Tustin Legacy Animal Hospital was the better choice than all the others. Dr Celine Hayek, DVM and Stori were so responsive and compassionate that after taking my cat into the exam room she returned with x ray and blood tests results in an hour. Unfortunately, my poor little Whitey cat was too old for any treatment and I made the decision to put her to sleep the following day. Dr Celine Hayek and her assistant Stori were so very kind and compassionate to fit me into the daily schedule to accommodate us. Dr Hayek listened to my stories about Whitey and she let me hold my cat as she administered the Euthanasia Solution. Within minutes Whitey fell to sleep and was peaceful. I am so grateful that I brought my cat here that had I known how great this place is I would have brought my cat here sooner. Believe me bring your pet here. Dr Celine Hayek and Stori as well as the front desk receptionists are all fantastic. Prices are extremely reasonable and the service is Awesome. Thank You Tustin Legacy Animal Hospital.

My dog gets really anxious and nervous when we go to the vet. But this vet, the vet nurse and all the staff were amazing. They knew how to win his trust and made our visit very pleasant. My dog is so much better now!

I just started bringing my dog and cat to TLAH in February, and I’m really glad I did! My dog Honey Bear saw Dr. Hayek, and my cat Sketchers saw Dr. Cruz-gsell. Both vets were knowledgeable and kind, and they took the time to answer my questions/concerns I had about my babies, they didn’t try to rush through the appt. I admit that I can be an over paranoid fur mama, so I am grateful for finding this vet office with such caring vets, vet techs, and front desk reps! The girls at the front desk have been super sweet the few times I have been there so far!
I’d also like to mention Aurelia (I believe that’s her name, I had to look at the TLAH website) made a great 1st impression when I went to TLAH for the 1st time! She was the vet tech for Honey Bear’s appt, and she gave off this positive energy that made me feel like she genuinely cares and is excited about her job and what she does!
Overall, so far I am impressed with both the quality of care and customer service I had received at TLAH and would highly recommend them!

I can’t say enough good things about this pet hospital! ? My dog, Simba, has been visiting regularly due to her pregnancy, and the doctors and nurses here are incredibly patient and caring. ❤️❤️❤️ I genuinely adore them!

Today, we had a very urgent situation. Our appointment for Simba’s check-up was originally scheduled for next Monday, October 16th. However, I noticed signs that she might be going into labor sooner, possibly over the weekend. I called and asked if it was possible to move the appointment to today, October 13th. The nurse was quick to assess Simba’s condition over the phone and arranged for an immediate X-ray. When Simba and I arrived at the hospital, our room was already prepared, and they had even painted Simba’s name – it was a fantastic touch! The doctor was incredibly patient and answered all my questions about my dog’s pregnancy and nutrition, which was truly exceptional. This hospital, with its caring staff and dedicated pet lovers, is truly outstanding!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great facility with loving and friendly staff. They are upfront about their services and costs, and even provided a treat and a goodie bag for my pup. 100% would recommend to anyone with a pet!

This place is a scam and will try to upcharge every chance they get.

My first vet was somewhat normal. But I was told when I came back for my second visit to drop her off to get my dog's bandage changed that it would only cost $10. My brother ended up taking her to the second visit and they ended up charging him $160+... That's absolutely ridiculous. On top of that, I was told the vet tech tried to tell my brother that her infection worsened and tried to get us to purchase additional x-rays which would have been an additional couple hundred dollars. Turns out when he actually talked with the vet, Dr. Hayek said the exact opposite and that her infection was looking a lot better.

Not sure if this is due to scummy business practices or incompetence but either way I do not trust them to examine my pet.
