We had such a great experience with Twin Peaks Veterinary Surgery and Dental in Evans! Everything from the consult to the prep to the procedure to the recovery was exceptional.

Procedure type: teeth cleaning with extractions on a higher risk senior dog (almost 14).

Consult: the consult was 100% free as advertised. We brought in our two higher risk senior dogs. One of our dogs is almost 14 and has Cushings. Our other is 12 and was attacked by a mastiff 3 years ago (which left her with a punctured lung and several broken ribs). The vet (Dr. Kaiser), and techs did thorough exams on both dogs, and she was brutally honest that she was perfectly comfortable treating our older dog with Cushings, but that our 12 year old would need more specialized care because of the scar tissue on her lung. We were so thankful for the honesty and compassion.

Prep: I was quite nervous to have our almost 14 yr old dog go in for this procedure. I called the vet the Friday before Espn’s procedure. The front desk/vet tech (I’m completely blanking on her name) was so caring and understanding and very patient with me as she walked me through the details of the procedure from start to finish.

Procedure: The surgeon on staff (Dr. T. Wilson), the tech (Darrin) and the other assistants were amazing. Espn had to have 21 teeth pulled and this team did an amazing job. Espn doesn’t really like strangers in his golden years, but they just met him where he was at and did a great job. Dr. Wilson called me after the procedure and explained everything (how Espn handled anesthesia, the procedure itself, post care, etc.). He is about 24 hours post surgery as I type this and you’d never know he had that intense of a procedure done. Other than the pain meds keeping him calm, he’s definitely still himself (lets us know when he’s hungry, etc.).

Post care- they sent us home with very detailed instructions!

Cost: They were very reasonable, and transparent! Their website says no hidden fees or surprises and they mean it! 🙂 This could have been a very costly procedure. But it’s evident that Twin Peaks cares more about patient care than money. We paid exactly what we were quoted and not a penny more.

Conclusion: We highly recommend Twin Peaks Veterinary Dental and Surgery in Evans! They provide top notch care at affordable prices. And, they are owned by the same Twin Peaks veterinary hospital in Loveland.

Took my little rescue Pomeranian in for a dental, and it went wonderfully! I truly have not found a staff of vets who have treated him better than this one. I felt that they were highly discerning about whether to take out teeth, which is something I have not experienced before. They overall really went the extra mile for me during his procedure and this was all still within their testing period at this new location! Even though they were still finishing the remodel at this time, the facility was surprisingly squeaky clean, which was impressive! Thank you all for treating him like I would, and I’ll say to anyone looking to get surgical or dental services here that this place is worth every penny.

I brought my dog Loui in for a dental cleaning and Twin Peaks at the new Evans clinic did a great job! Loui was well cared for and his teeth are sparkly white!

We had dental work done on our cat Suzi at this location.
The entire staff is great, the Dr spent time with us explaining the procedure and what to expect. Suzi did well after several teeth were extracted. We are glad our vet recommended Twin Peaks for the surgery.

Surgery center was wonderful for my two doggies dental appointments. They took adequate time with them, had great communication and kept me up to date through the day. The dogs were very content and happy when I picked them up which demonstrates how well they were treated. I highly recommend the new surgery center!

This place is great! My dog is a standard pit bull that many fear, but not nearly as many as he fears. He was shaking like a leaf and every staff member came out to say Hi and attempt to make him comfortable.
We were in for a dental exam/cleaning and I was concerned with him being 11 years old.
They took it a step further of confirming that it was medically safe for him undergo the procedure and we moved forward with the dental cleaning. Scheduling was a breeze and the home prep work was explained and simple. The procedure went wonderfully and I was rewarded with a dog that I have fed and sheltered for over a decade…not wanting to leave the office and return home.
That’s about as great an experience a pet-dad can hope for. Thank you to all the wonderful and skillful staff for helping my pup with his health and (clearly) emotional needs!!

Took my dog in for a canine extraction and they were so kind and professional. My dog is super fearful and at times aggressive when it comes to vets so I really appreciated how they reviewed his history and made recommendations that really helped minimize his stress throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!
