Patients beware! The hospital is giving out parking tickets! I saw them placing citations on windshields myself.

UPDATE: Added a picture of a parking ticket they put in a car in their parking garage! Don't believe them if they say they aren't giving out tickets.

Been using this pharmacy for over a year now, had been good until recently. Customer service has went downhill. As a patient, calling in to inform them of picking up scripts a bit later than 7 days due to being out of town, and being told okay will note this. To showing up at pharmacy on day stated will pick up to be treated rudely and told no notes and scripts have been returned because I didn't show up by 7th day and not their fault. Told have to re-order them AGAIN because they literally "sent them back this afternoon" on the day I arrived.

Told me if I call in and talk to "pharmacy call center" not good enough! ?

I don't know if I will continue to use a pharmacy with such horrible service anymore. They obviously have zero care for patients or any common courtesy. The gal who sits at front is worst, red curly hair - she makes you 100% want to take your business elsewhere and not return here!

I never thought I would leave a review for a pharmacy but I had a lot of trouble with others in the area not getting refills from my doctor, getting them and taking forever to fill, not having refills in stock, rude staff, you name it. This pharmacy always gets my refills immediately, fills them quickly, and has always had them in stock. Plus the staff is always friendly, and there’s never a line… re-thinking posting this as I say that. But seriously, glad I started using this pharmacy.

Timothy is an absolute rockstar. I had spent a full day tracking down a required prescription for my daughter and although I heard they had it the night before, they actually didn’t. But he was able to locate my transferred prescription and get it ordered at the other campus and it was available by the time I got there. He even helped with some insurance tips. Super appreciate going above and beyond to help me on a very stressful day!!

UCHealth pharmacies are always the best! Staff is friendly, waits are minimal, and I’ve had very few issues. If a medication isn’t available onsite, you can usually have it mailed to your home within a few days. I would get all prescriptions filled here if insurance allowed!

UC health it's one of the best hospitals I've ever been to. They were nice, courteous, informative, respectful, personable, and downright good people. Even though I only have Medicaid, I got top notch care and was taken care of regardless of my financial situation. Also they were concerned about my recovery due to my housing situation and blessed me with the letter of recommendation so I could have a place to recover. I would like to thank everybody involved with my surgery and I really appreciate you stepping up and going beyond. They asked me if they wanted me for them to take a look at the rest of the situation and it turned out I had more injuries than I knew and without question they fixed it. So what I have to say thank you so much you will always have a place in my heart. Smile you're beautiful!
