Amazing experience here - great check in ladies at the front desk, short wait, and the PA we saw, James S., was incredibly nice, patient, thorough and skilled. He explained all the details of my mom’s x rays (broken rib and wrist) and answered all her questions and then some. Highly recommended.

Outstanding staff!!!! I HATE clinic visits but this one is the best I’ve ever been to. Also Luis Santiago, PA-C was compassionate and respectful no extra tests or riff raff straight to the point!!! Excellent 5 star!!

I have been to a fair number of urgent cares and even other UC health locations which I'll never return to, but I have to say this was by far probably one of the best experiences I've had like ever. I went here on the recommendation of a few others and the staff was extremely friendly at the desk when I walked in to get checked in after doing the online registration, I was in the waiting room no more than 10 minutes when I was taken back again by a friendly nurse who was efficient and quick, and Luis the provider who came in was again extremely nice and fast, knowledgeable and able to quickly diagnose my issue and thoroughly and clearly explain what was happening and what steps would be taken next (it was just ear drops but he was very thorough and explaining exactly what was going on with my ear) as well as taking the time to make sure to recommend using goodRx (front desk did as well after letting them know I would not be using insurance he was quick to suggest it) which was awesome especially not having insurance as well as he took the time to look up several different medications to find one that would still meet my needs but that was also as affordable as possible and that was the first time I've had somebody do that which I greatly appreciate. All in all seriously great experience I'm sure there are days that are hectic and not as simple to get through but I just want to say that I greatly appreciate the staff at this location they all did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend this location if you are in need of some non-emergency treatment.

The front desk was rude. Their system was showing that my insurance was not active. In order to be seen they made me pay out of pocket and said even if I find out that my insurance is active I can not be reimbursed because I’m on an out of pocket plan now. As soon as I got out of there I called my insurance and surprise surprise it was active and always has been. I paid 140 up front instead of my 50 dollar deductible. They even made me sign papers saying I was on an out of pocket plan now instead of insurance. They would not call my insurance to confirm or help in any way. The only option they gave me was to pay out of pocket. I feel like this whole system is a scam targeting people that need urgent medical assistance. All that needed to be done was a quick call to my insurance to verify that it was active and they refused to help in any way. I truly believe this is some kind of scam they are pulling here.

All of the staff, nurses, and the PA Stephen were awesome! Stephen gave me a shot, a steroid that truly helped me more than anything has in over a year. His bedside manner was impeccable! They were all wonderful to me, and I feel like a new person for it, I thank them all so much! Christine is also very confident in her job and very confident in her actions. She should be a doctor not a PA. They’re the best urgent care I’ve been to and I’ve lived in Colorado Springs for 32 years. I was just there again yesterday, December 14, 2024 as always. The front office was wonderful. They’re all like angels in this place from the front office to the back office my PA and or doctor was Louis Santiago, he truly cares about his patience more than my own primary doctors. This place was just filled by God with angels that truly care about the people that come in there that aren’t feeling well. Well they make you feel well before you leave just knowing what they have done for you!

Great place. Wait was not overly long, considering busy place. Person at reception was courteous and efficient. Assistant was polite and competent. Provider was thorough and had good explanations. He actually examined areas in question.

We have been coming to this location for our urgent care needs for almost 10 years. The staff is always so kind and helpful. We receive quality care in a timely manner. I definitely recommend making a reservation through their online portal, especially during peak times.

Today we saw PA, Chris. He was humorous and professional. We were in and out of the clinic in about 45 minutes and that included X-rays. The facility is clean and staff is friendly.
