For it being a very stressful day leading to an ER visit - it was the best experience we’ve had in a hospital. It is a beautiful, brand new, clean building. Rosa at the front desk was so friendly. The nurse promptly came out to bring my husband back to a room. We were there for about only five minutes when the nurse came for him. They immediately got his blood drawn and on fluids and monitoring. Dr. McGee had the BEST bed side manner of any doctor in any setting that we’ve seen. He came in to the room quickly to talk with us and assess my husband. He even palpated his abdomen and told us what he was looking for and how to assess it even in our own child that was in the room. He explained everything in a simple manner. Ordered up the tests and medications. My husband received his treatments and was able to get discharged in a few hours. It’s so nice to know that this place has an ER. Hopefully we won’t need any ER visits in the future but if so, this is where we will go.

Came here for the emergency room and I wasn’t sure if they were open or not but to my surprise they were open. The parking lot was super empty but I highly recommend coming here because the service is amazing and they had me in and out very fast. They are still new only have been open for 2 months and still adding more regular services in the rest of the hospital but for the most part they have a good amount of doctors here. They are very thorough and will have you in and out in no time. When I say the service is amazing I mean that the front desk, security, nurses, technicians and doctors were all so sweet and were very attentive. Thank you guys for your amazing work and thank you for being here to help save lives. I see you all and you are a blessing to the community.

I had my annual mammography done today and Jamie RT was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Jamie also made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the screening. Honestly it didn’t even hurt at all. I highly recommend UChicago Medicine and Jamie for your next mammography. ❤️

Office decides to cancel my appointment the day before I am scheduled due to them, not having the prescription in. I made the appointment two weeks prior to ensure everything will be fine and dandy by the time of my scheduled appointment. Nurse (Brittany) was rude and unsympathetic to this situation that is NOT my fault and then tells me they do not carry nexplanon in office Like what? . Dr. Gentile is a very great doctor and has a wonderful nurse(Joanne) I wish she was available during this week because I know she would’ve tried to make sure everything was OK before I came in per usual. I would love to stay with crown point but I am going to try a different location he’s at due to the poor customer service I received.

My family and I have had several experiences at this location: from inpatient, ER visits to immune therapy for allergies. Each experience has been incredibly positive. The staff are friendly: from the nurses to the security guards! We are lucky to have a University level institution so close to home!

My daughter recently had to go to the emergency room at this clinic and it was by far one of the best experiences I've had. Within 5 minutes of getting there she was already in the back and tests were already being administered. The staff was very friendly and the doctor was very nice.

I just received a phone call today from the doctor as a follow-up asking how my daughter was. If that isn't wonderful service I don't know what is? I highly recommend this clinic for their emergency room!!!😁

From office staff to nurses and doctors, we had a wonderful experience at this ER! We had to bring our 5 year old in and they all made her feel safe and comfortable even though she was scared. Everyone was so kind and personable- you don’t get that often at hospitals anymore. Thank you all!

I took my daughter in last night to the emergency room because she had an eraser stuck in her nose. The entire staff was amazing. We walked in the door and were immediately greeted and taken care of. Registration was quick and easy, and the lady was so friendly. Then the nurse came out to get us right away, and he was just as friendly. He put my daughter to ease as he talked and joked with her.
Dr. Mike came in and saved the day. He was so amazing with her. He was funny when he had to be, kind the entire time, gentle with her and just all-around incredible! This is the only er I will visit!!
