I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Josh and the entire office! Everyone is so helpful, genuine and professional- truly a lovely staff all around. We are so grateful for Umatilla Animal Hospital!

I will never step foot in that place again. I walk in and they tell me we are already checked in, come on back. Great! They stick us in a tiny room. My cat is crying scared out of his mind and these people keep slamming doors. I am not exaggerating slamming over and over and over again. Every time they slam a door the cat jumps six feet. How is it that a vets office does not know that they are working with nervous animals. I am shaking at this point I am so irritated. I open the door to my cell and tell the lady we are leaving in two minutes. Enough is enough! I told her I did not appreciate being stuck in a tiny room and being forgotten about. Which is exactly how I felt. The door slamming is out of control the animal is stressed out of his mind! The staff was so snotty it made me livid. She replied with such disgust "we didn't forget you sir". Miss, when a client is upset dissidence is NOT the answer. I would recommend if you want your animals to remain as calm as possible. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. Not to mention the staff doesn't care! and the doc never even showed himself. Guess he wasn't interested. So a little time has gone by and it dawns on me having had many employees work for me that the only reason an employee feels they can treat a customer that way, is if they know they will get away with it. Twenty bucks says they are sitting in the office with their superior sense of being saying what a jerk. I'll bet they never even consider that they might have done something wrong or even ask themselves how could I have handled that differently. Unfortunately. I'll bet they don't care at all. It really bothers me that some place that is suppose to be a safe haven for animals would have such little respect for one. So it’s been 48 hours now and just like I said the vet doesn’t care they did not even try to contact us they just don’t care! A week now and not a word. We were customers for decades and this vet doesn't care enough to reach out and find out what happened. I don't know what upsets me more the fact that we were customers for over twenty years and the vet just discards like we don't matter or that they have made it so obvious that they never cared.

I just want to say how much I love Umatilla Animal Hospital ..... we've been with them for years. I have followed dr Joshua around till he opened his own practice. He is amazing with animals. My Alice loved him....I swear Alice would make up stuff (new symptoms) just so she could see him. Alice is obviously a pit bull. He could've cared less. I left town to go to a funeral and a graduation. While I was away, dr Joshua spent his Saturday trying to save her. .... unfortunately the cancer had become too aggressive and we didn't want her to suffer. I can't thank the office and him enough for staying past closing and helping her. You are all angels and I love you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

They are wonderful. Very caring. But only do they care about your pet, they also care about you. They put my mind at ease when I brought my Smokey in. Won't go anywhere else!

I am fortunate to have this vet so close to where I live. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and doctors. Pricing of different services is also very reasonable. I plan to continue bringing my dog there.

Dr. Josh and his staff saved my cocker spaniel's life. He is an outstanding veterinarian to whom I had been referred by a retired Mt Dora Vet. I know both of my dogs will receive the best possible ongoing care at Umatilla Animal Hospital. I highly recommend them.
