This location takes great care of my cat Basil. They are communicative and always make sure I am informed on her care. I believe the quality of service here is very good! She just had her dental cleaning and the price was quite competitive too. Only thing is it's not my favorite discussing the visit including financial decisions in the waiting room with other patients.

Uni has been kimmy vet for several years now. Excellent service with an added shout to vet and staff thoroughly explaining services and treatment options. High fees but worth it. Highly recommend ?

I came to this clinic because of my cat’s allergy and skin issues. The vet only talked with me very shortly and had brief exam of my cat before he prescribed costly tests and other exams/injections. I believe I was offered five or six exams/tests/medications. To clarify, the nurse/or assistant did all the explanation of the different options and told me I could choose however I want. The test alone cost me over 500 dollars. After a week, the doctor left me a voice message and sent me a short email about the following procedures. (Recommend me to go to other specialists)That is all I got. It is the most expensive visit I have been to and the shortest visit with the vet. (I talked mostly with the assistant or nurse). To be fair. They are a popular clinic. I read praise of the vet I saw through google review. But I want to leave a review to let others know: it might be too popular so the vet might have very limited time for your furry friends. It is costly. And while it appears professional, I don’t see much genuine consideration for the patients. If you are just willing to spend anything, I am not speaking to you. But if you are like me, who just moved to the area and are in search of a vet/clinic who you could trust and who always offer affordable solutions while taking care of your pet, I don’t believe you should try this clinic. That is based on my personal experience.

All the staffs are Amazingly Friendly!! I never met the doctor tho, normally they would take your pet inside for treatment, and the doctor would only come out and explain to you personally when there are major concerns found.
I went there with annual checkups and travel documents, they know the travel documents/ procedures very well btw, so if you have such needs, definitely come here and they will take care of the preparation for you!
The price is just normal price around the bay, not cheap just about average. (Normally they will show you the estimate before treatment! So that’s helpful! )

Smooth experience from start to finish my 8 year old cat needed teeth extractions - Dr. Cataline took great care of Ocean since her first visit. Patrick was patient and on top of communication via email and phone. Everyone there has been super kind and helpful. Not once did my cat come back stressed, and thats a shocker to me knowing how antsy my cat is. Highly recommend!
