My husband went in with breathing problems. He was taken in immediately and 4 or 5 people were there to care for him immediately. We could not ask for better care or more prompt attention. They deserve to be highly commended.

I just want to share that this hospital and the hospital staff did an absolute phenomenal job with my son yesterday. Unfortunately my son had an accident and cut his head open. We rushed him to the ER at Union Hospital in Clinton and he was taken care of immediately. From the two women at the front desk to the nurses and the amazing doctor, I could not be happier. Of course, I was extremely hesitant as I am not from that area and we typically use Riley’s Children’s Hospital if anything is ever needed like that, but hands-down this hospital did an amazing job! Everybody was so great at calming my six-year-old down and to be quite honest myself down as well. I don’t do well with blood and he had blood everywhere. We were there maybe a total of one hour. They literally rushed him back immediately and started working on him right away. We did not have to wait for care. I do want to thank you all for caring for Caspian and I would like to give a shout out to the ER doctor Dr. Trevor Kauffmann. Caspian is going to heal up well and hopefully with minimal scarring, if any!

Y'all nurses need to be professional and no matter what keep your comments to your self. It's a hospital and people gonna be in pain and people handles pain differently. My woman was there in pain and scared but you made her uncomfortable and leave. Now shes convinced and never will go to a hospital again

Only one word can sum up this hospital, HORRIBLE. The one amazing nurse is not enough to save the 9 horrible ones. And every thing about the billing department is horrible. Hold time always 15 minutes min. OR MORE, left 3 messages for mgr and never a call back. Multiple times," press for return call later" that NEVER comes. They bill me before insurance has even paid. And one three occasions sent invoices to collections that were never submitted to my insurance, but were paid once they were. Ive only has one (1) billing rep that was professional and kind and helpful. CAMILLA. So they have one person who cares anyway.
I have taken all of my healthcare needs to Indy.. So worth the drive. You get good care, efficient billing, caring nurses. DRIVE DRIVE DRIVE, AVOID THIS HOSPITAL!!!!!!!

Went in at 2pm on a Tues with signs of a stroke. Which i have had a TIA prior to this so i kinda knew what was going on. CT showed nothing. Placed back in my room and told if my symptoms start to increase, use the call button and they would reassess me. Indeed they did my face started drooping and my speach was much more slurred. I used the call button. No one came for 25 mins. I literally had to fight my way out of bed to my door to get someones attention. Four nurses and Dr Zimmerman just standing around chatting about a school play. A nurse came in "I will get thr dr." Nothing. No one for another 20 mins. I Literally have another TIA in my room, cal button flashing, no nurse, no Dr. They held me for 8hrs, no iv fluids. Then tell me to go to TH Union that they have scheduled me an mri there. Refused to acknowledge previous medical records even though I'm showing them my private medical records from 4 years ago at a reputable hospital in SC. If you're having a stroke or a heart attack, DO NOT COME HERE. I literally had three TIA strokes under their care they did absolutely nothing. Treated me like i was the plague. No IV liquids and couldn't drink or eat for almost 8 hrs.

This hospital needs to be shut down or sold to new management. The staff are so bizarrely incompetent. They told a relative of mine they broke a bone that wasn't broken and somehow didn't notice the bone that was actually broken. This was about a week after they told another relative with a broken ankle that they just had a sprain. On their best days the people who work at this hospital are MAYBE unintentionally negligent by way of ignorance and on their worst they are wilfully neglectful of their patients.

I went in to get checked out after a car accident and was treated so well! The nurses and doctor were very respectful and the wait was almost nothing. The nurse called me back while the man at the front desk was still taking my information! I was nervous to go because we all know ER wait times are horrendous, but their service tonight was quick, friendly, and they answered all of my questions. Sending a big thank you to my nurse and doctor this evening! I went in with worries at 100, was treated so kindly, and left feeling better both mentally and physically! This hospital staff really cares for their patients and they answered all of my questions without a hitch.

Emergency room staff slow and unfriendly. Doctor came in and told us he was sending us home and waited over an hour to get discharged. Asked nurse at station and she said I have to wait on discharge papers. My God if 1 doctor can’t take care of 4-5 patients in a 4 hour time hire more doctors. Will go to Terre Haute next time
