I'm so happy I decided to try out this clinic when they first opened. Dr. LaRoy and staff are wonderful. I never feel pressured into running tests and paying for things that aren't necessary. Dr. LaRoy is always so matter of fact and presents options that feel like what is truly best and not just what costs the most. That is a big reason I left our previous vet - it started to feel like it was all about the dollar signs. Union Pointe VetCare has been a breath of fresh air - highly recommend!

We love Dr. Laroy! My family and my wife’s family took our childhood dogs to Dr. Laroy before he moved to a different practice.

Now that’s he’s back in Union we switched our current doggos over to him. Our oldest (a lab/heeler mix) has historically never done well with men but he does great with Dr. Laroy. He gets down on the dogs level and is very gentle and welcoming to the animals and helps them feel comfortable.

The office is easy to schedule with and very attentive. They regularly follow up after appointments to make sure the animals are doing okay. Highly recommend!

Dr LaRoy and staff are absolutely amazing. The level of professionalism and compassion that they show is incredible. He took amazing care of my Service Dog Omega. He was very gentle and understanding. Thank you all for the help.

Hands down the best vet clinic I’ve ever been to & I’ve been to plenty all over the US. I absolutely love Union Pointe VetCare! Dr. LaRoy is awesome & has treated my girl twice now for injuries due to her very active lifestyle & he’s great with her. They’ve also been really awesome about getting us on the schedule last minute or needing to change the appt time. 100% recommendation! I feel totally comfortable asking questions as they are thoroughly answered.

Union Pointe Vets has gone the extra mile with my Siamese cat. The exam that was performed was extremely thorough and the follow ups very appreciated.
Dr La Roy really took an interest in my cat to make sure he was on to his way recovery.
The other thing I like is this office takes same day appointments.

Our 13 week old puppy Whiskey had his first vet appointment here for his shots after we picked him up from the breeder. He is a pure bred golden retriever. Friday 8/30 he started throwing up ALOT. 8 times in 30 minutes. We called and Brandon and he immediately recommended bring him in. Since it was Memorial Day weekend we wouldn’t get him in anywhere other than an emergency clinic. I took him at 4:30 (they close at 5). They got me right in and diagnosed him with PARVO. So, we were super nervous and scared. They immediately admitted him and we just brought him home today on 9/1. That’s 48 hours! They updated us regularly and the staff volunteered to come rotate checking on and treating him. I can’t say enough about this staff and the information they provide. This will be whiskey’s vet from now on without a doubt. Amazing service and above and beyond staff care and love for whiskey. Brandon, his wife and the rest of the staff are the best around!

I am so glad I found this veterinarian's office. It is upscale with padded chairs, receptionist podium, & no animal noise! The office is clean with an uncluttered appearance. Plain but posh. The staff from the phone call to check out were very helpful and informative. My questions were answered with confidence. The prices are extremely affordable. The well-groomed, cheerful vet tech reviewed the services I requested. She made recommendations based on my pet & budget concerns. No pressure or pet shaming here. It's very obvious they care about all their pets. I was 45 minutes early and they took us right away. Oh! And they did not put the noise on Rebel or just take him away. I was allowed to stay with him.
