I am new to the area. So far, I’ve been impressed by the care. I will say that the wait time is quite long. For both visits I waited about 40 mins. to be seen. On the second visit I was 10 mins. late for my appointment walking in the door, mainly because I knew the dog needed to walk around outside first, and I was told they might not honor my appointment. I found this a bit ridiculous.

Took my baby to Dr.Bird this morning to have a large growth removed. I know I can trust him to take good care of her. The techs are very good to my pet and the office staff is friendly.

The doctors and staff are all very caring here. We are always able to get timely appointments everyone is friendly and takes time to answer questions. I never feel rushed or unheard. Our pets are handled love and my dog is always excited to see everyone and never shows any signs of stress or anxiety over his visits. I highly recommend University Park Veterinary Hospital!

Wonderful team, beautiful facility, and reasonable pricing. I brought our 3 cats and dog all here and Dr Dawson has always taken the time to answer all my questions and worries and takes such good care of my babies. When we lost one of our kitties to old age, the entire office signed and sent us a very sweet card. Definitely trust them and would recommend them 110%

Switching vets now:) so unprofessional. We had our kitten spayed and when we went to pick him up they were playing with him etc… our dog got sick after being there, also how they try to give the spray cheese to every single dog or cat on the same table. Do they wash it? I don’t know… I don’t like this place nor would I ever recommend. Like go give your own animals all that attention leave mine alone

I have been taking our pets to Dr. Vogel for over 25 years him and his entire staff are amazing, and their care for our fur animals is awesome! If you want to take your fur baby to an office that makes you feel like you’re part of their family , this is the place.
