My dog needed a vet asap, after calling around and being told they were all booked for the next 4-6 weeks I called UPC. I’m so glad I did!! My experience was great! The entire team was professional, they listened carefully and above all they treated my dog well and quickly. So relieved I was able to get care for her in the evening when most turned me away. Thanks and keep up the great work UPC. I am grateful and my dog is on the mend.

I had a very positive experience with Urgent Vet Care. I was unable to get into my regular Vet on a timely basis so turned to Urgent Petcare. They were very thorough attempting to diagnose my dog's persistent cough. The Vet consulted with me several times during the course of the day and did not incur tests or costs without my approval. They have provided me with a course of treatment and an extensive follow up report. They also called with the results of a blood test sent out for evaluation so their follow through has been excellent.
The facility is clean and well managed. Yes, I would recommend.

My first time bringing my 4 month old Labrador puppy here. These professionals provided exceptional care for our girl and cured her GI problem. She required IV fluids, antibiotics, X-rays lab work which all came back negative. Thank goodness. We are appreciative of the great care our puppy received. Thank you very much. I would highly recommend this place if you ever need urgent care for your pets.

My actual vet couldn't do the surgery my dog required so they referred me to urgent petcare. Urgent petcare was able to get me in immediately and took great care of my dog who had swallowed a rock and needed surgery! He is now 6 days out and he is doing great! If I ever have any urgent pet care needs in the future I would for sure trust my pet with them again!

We had to take our dog, Ozzie here for an ultrasound and additional testing that his primary care was unable to perform. Everyone there was wonderful and we were able to get him in the same day for an ultrasound. Wonderful people who work here! Very grateful for what they do and the care they provided.

The staff were very kind and professional!

We were not able to get my dog into her regular vet office so we went to Urgent Petcare in Surprise. We were back and forth from there twice a week for 3 weeks +. The owner veterinarian is great. We got great and friendly service every time we were in there. I give them 5 stars.
