This was one of the hardest days of my life. My Spencer passed. He was 21 years old, and I had him for 16 of those 21 years. It was Sunday so I went to Urgent Care Vet and they were amazing with me and my sweet Spencer. This was a terrible time for me and Laura made it bearable. The Care and compassion that was shown made it feel like I was family. Laura even walked us to the car and hugged me good bye.

I'm writing this just a few hours after I euthanized my dog Domino. I got there and as soon as I said what I was there for the young lady asked me why I was putting him down, and I told her he had cancer and was very sad and getting worse. They immediately put me in the room for euthanasias.....very nice room with a lot of tissue I was already crying. He was my baby I had him for 9+ years. The vet was very compassionate and understanding, and also a friend of Dominos vet(Dr. Norm).....he went peacefully. I hope you never go for what I did, but if you need urgent care for your fur baby after hours or Sundays I recommend them.

No one plans to rescue kittens on moving day which was a Saturday of a holiday weekend. However, my neighbor came over due to having what she thought was one kitten stuck in the bumper of her Honda Accord. My boyfriend went over and couldn't get the kitten out so we went back a little later and tried again. Not only did he rescue the one, he pulled out a 2nd one. We quickly tried to get them care but were turned away at the humane society and a vet office inside of PetSmart because they were closing in one hour. We took them home, wiped their eyes as best we could and fed them. Once we got to our new home the next day after driving all night to get there, I started calling around to see who could help these babies because we were on a tight budget but knew that it was crucial for them to get help. The little girl couldn't even open her eyes when we found her and one of his eyes seemed to only be getting worse. I called here, explained how we got them and spoke with someone that said they could be seen and to come on in. We drove an hour to get there that Sunday and felt welcomed and cared for like no other place we have ever gone to before. We were checked in immediately and patiently waited about 30 to 45 minutes before being called back. The kittens were checked out, prescribed medicines and we were on our way home within an hour of being called back. The staff here gave us plenty of tips on how to care for them since we've never been in a situation like this with kittens. Thankfully, the visit costed us less than $250 because as I said before we were on a budget. It's not even been 48 hours and we are seeing tremendous improvement. Pictures are from the day we found them and not even 24 hours after visiting this office. We truly appreciate this place and wish we could make them our regular vet! ?

We brought our cat Willow because she was not feeling well and they got us right in and took exceptional care of her! I would definitely use Urgent Vet again in the future.

First I have to say this facility is clean, warm and welcoming. The medical staff are kind, compassionate and friendly. I haven't been to a vet in a long time that I can say good things about. They took great care of my 10 yr old Pom Pom Finn and made me feel like he was going to be ok. A fur baby emergency is just as emotional as if it was one of your children. This place is amazing and I'm thankful for you. I highly recommend. Financially feasible as well and no pressure. Thank you Dr Paul and the great staff here.

Everyone was so friendly and caring towards us and our puppy. She ate a napkin and they worked quickly and efficiently to get her better and avoid a major surgery. We hope we don’t need anymore emergency vet visits but if we do we will come here!

The staff was so friendly and kind throughout the whole process. Took time to love on my pup, ask lots of questions, and explained any charges up front.

Logan and Dr Mike were both so incredibly kind that it helped me during a stressful time. My dogs are like family so when something goes wrong, I’m a mess. But I knew my pup was in good hands. they took time to explain what they were thinking or saw, and all the follow up stuff for going home. Answered any questions but also acted quickly. My whole visit was about an hour and a half but they had my pup taken care of an a plan quickly.

I cannot saw enough good things about my visit. The facility was clean and everyone I talked to was very friendly and willing to help.
