I rarely leave reviews unless a business is either dreadfully poor or remarkably outstanding. In this case, I'm delighted to share my gratitude for Dr. Kushner and her exceptional team at URvet Care in Tribeca.

Initially, I had a frustrating experience with Vetco in Union Square. They scheduled me for an international travel certification appointment, only to discover they couldn't provide the required service for my upcoming trip to Portugal. With my flight just 10 days away, I found myself in a stressful situation, scrambling to find another vet on the same day.

Fortunately, I was guided to URvet Care. What a relief! From the moment I stepped into their Tribeca location, Dr. Kushner and her team exuded warmth, professionalism, and a deep understanding of their craft. The team made me feel like a valued client. "Bow WOW WOW!" I can't say enough about this practice. No one knows what our four legged family members are thinking but URvet Care Tribeca does. The philosophy is to administer fear-free treatment. My senior chihuahua (13) has always disliked the vet and now he stops by their door every time we walk by for some pets and treats. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We just had the annual physical with Dr. Kutscher. She is a delight to work with and takes the time to explain any concerns or issues. We went to another practice in the neighborhood for years but had no hesitations making a change. Urvet Care Tribeca is a home (dog) run!

Just a recent add on:

Dr. Kutscher and staff continue to be exceptional! My husband and I were traveling while Bruno (age 14) was in the care of my two daughters. Bruno had an acute episode which appeared to be a seizure. UrVet Tribeca saw him right away and put a plan together to insure that he had the proper diagnostics and care. The reception (Amberly and Gianmarco) were so kind and supportive to my daughters. Dr. Kutscher always goes above and beyond. So fortunate to have this practice in the neighborhood, They are connected with the other UrVet locations and can quickly share information. Bruno is feeling much better. They made a "ruff" situation for my family much easier!
