Wow. All I can say is, wow. I have been coming to this Print and Ship place for quite some time, as I live in the neighborhood. It’s been very clear to me that the owner, for whatever reason, has never liked me. He’s always rude, but I have noticed that he is generally like that to everyone, including his wife, so I brushed it off as him just being an unhappy person. Well, today I went in there to utilize the print services that they offer. I always pay what they charge, and since they don’t have the ability to scan barcodes, I print shipping labels, tape them to my packages, (anywhere from 1-5 of them) I pay, and then give them the packs, which they then stick on the outgoing USPS pile. That’s it. On today’s visit, the owner completely flipped out on me. He started screaming at me because I was taping in his store. He said that the noise prevented him from thinking. Which, okay, that’s not a problem in and of itself, the problem was the way he started screaming at me, and verbally assaulting me. It was so bizarre you guys, I still can’t wrap my head around what just happened. It got so bad that his wife started physically shoving him to the back room, and when she did, he started pushing against her trying to come at me, as if she was stopping him from physically attacking me. All of this was in front of other customers, who stood there with their jaws on the floor. He was yelling at me telling me that “I only make 15 cents off of prints!” Which stunned me because A, that’s a service that they offer, and B, that’s what they charge for it! If it’s not enough to make it worth it, then up the price, or no longer offer the service. What you don’t do is start screaming, verbally attacking, and threatening a customer with bodily harm at the drop of a dime. I am a very understanding person, and had he asked me nicely to tape my stuff outside, I absolutely would have done that. No questions asked, but he started yelling from the jump, and I will not stand by and allow a stranger to attack me like that for no reason. At the end of the day, I was utilizing a service that they offer, and nothing more. I am always friendly, and NEVER rude to them. As I scroll through their reviews here, amongst the 5 starts, there are a couple that sum it up short and to the point. He is rude, and racist. I left there today in shambles, and completely traumatized. I am still shaking right now. I was able to get the whole thing on video, but I am unsure what to do with it at this point. I’m sure after I have had time to calm my nerves, I will figure it out.

Very bad service. The staff is rude. Please don't go here; they charge extra for everything. Even if they misprint something, they will pass that cost on to us.

I keep meaning to ask the name of the woman who works there but this review is specifically for her (though the man is also very helpful). I run a small business so I’m at this postal center 3-4 times per week with 20+ boxes at a time. She is always so incredibly friendly and bubbly and makes me feel way less terrible about how often I overflow their counter with packages. I was compelled to write this review especially because today, she was in the market next door and saw me struggling with my bag of boxes. She ran right out to help me carry them around the corner into the postal center and because there was a line, she said she’d come knock on my door if any of the packages didn’t scan in properly. She once chased me down the street with a package I needed a new label for so I 100% believe she would’ve tracked me down just to make sure my package wasn’t lost in the USPS abyss. She then went back to the market to finish her purchase. 11/10 customer service and all around amazing human being.

Service is good...when they're actually open. Name is grossly misleading to the point where it's false advertising. I'm not even expecting them to be open all the time, but how does a place called "24/7" close at 5:30 on weekdays and not open at all on weekends?

There is no better postal service in all of L.A.! The owners of this place pack packages expertly, are always courteous and offer good suggestions about how to ship the least expensive way. We prefer to drive here rather than use the regular post office! This place is one of those secrets that now is out since we love them so much we all want to support them. The owners treat everyone like family and, indeed, their customers think of them as part of their extended family.

I have had a mail box here for many years and recently (12-2018 Holidays) he gave me an opened package and he apologized for giving me an opened package and that “the package was opened accidentally”
This has happened before and I’ve never written about it.

I have been nothing more than nice to them and their staff.

Also, my daughter has always gotten the run-around with her packages.
I don’t understand their behavior and maybe it’s time to find another place that appreciates our business.

Furthermore, today (1-24-2019) he yelled at me in front of customers around 4pm about this review and he yelled at me and violently-shook and said how “insane” I was saying these things. He also ‘threatened’ to sue me by way of having me remove this review or he will sue me.

This is not a nice way to handle business from long-time and good standing customer.
He was still shaking as he ended the conversation while he gave me my package today.
I’m afraid of him hurting me because of his attitude towards me.
This is a business relationship and none other.

I’m just saying what happened.

I’ve been receiving mail at this box office for nine years.

FYI The customer is always right.

For me there’s no reason to lie or make things up, I just don’t have that kind of time.

I have been a customer for a couple years now and I have nothing but the highest praise for this business. They are kind, efficient, helpful and professional. I have kept a mailbox here, ship and receive oversize packages, and have on occasion asked them to pack fragile items for me. I would give them an A+ for all of these services. I can't speak highly enough about them.
