Should be -0, no stars!! DO NOT GET GAS HERE!! Got gas, so I thought, started my truck and my gas needle didn’t MOVE! I went inside and the guy tries to have me pay again!! Not hearing that I just paid for gas, but I have no gas in my truck that my needle didn’t move and he kept speaking in circles. I said what are you running a scam here? is this some kind of front? Because I got no gas but you got my money & he wouldn’t reimburse my money. DO NOT get gas here!!!

After I mistakenly visited a Valero that did not participate with FASREWARDS, I went a few miles, out of my way, to visit this VALERO for the current FASREWARDS $4.99 take and bake pizza special.The cashier was temperamental, impatient with customers, and spoke to customers in a harsh manner, with a sour demeanor. The behavior, displayed by the Cashier, made it obvious that she is unhappy with her current job and/or position within the company, or some other current situation(s) outside, or inside, the work place. Needless to say, it certainly left customers with a negative impression with the Cashier, the Stores, and the Company, overall. Personally, although it has not ruled out all VALERO locations, I will no longer choose to shop at this particular location.

There owner and his son are the most gracious people I have met in a long time. I stopped in for gas on a gift card. Machine was not working. I was t going to make it to the next service station. He saw the look in my eyes and said $5.00 on your pump to get there. I cannot tell you how this unexpected act of kindness saved my day. Truly amazing gentlemen. Thank you for being so kind and understanding! There are good people out there still you restored my faith in our fellow man! God Bless.

Bought a diet mountain dew here that was expired and had sediment in the bottom of it. Most of the diet mountain dews were also so faded, as if they had been sitting in the sun all day. Will probably not go here ever again.

I am only a customer. Although I am friendly with the staff, I do not owe them anything. I conduct business at this location every other day. Cigarettes and wake me up stuff are just a few of the things I purchase. All staff are polite. All staff, when you engage them, are friendly and personable. They are all very alert and attentive to the business aspect, and towards their customers. If you need something specific that is not carried here on a regular basis, talk to the staff. They will make you the customer happy. Their pricing is competitive and, a lot of times, cheaper than the competition. I have NEVER experienced any of the issues in the other comments, since the new owner took over. The owner has bent over backwards for me and, as I have observed, for other customers.

Best convenient store I have ever visited . Though the store is small in size , they have every item that anyone needs from a convenient store. The customer service is excellent, they always welcome me as a family the moment I get out of my car. The gas price is always cheaper than any other store in Academy area .
Please visit them, you will not regret it.
