Worst experience ever with this doctors office. They never answer any of the phones and then blame the patient when their insulin runs out. I understand not getting to the phone once. But if I call everyday for a week straight multiple times a day and no one answer's that is not OUR fault! I had to finally dial 3 times on each extension before someone answered. 9 times I called back to back and finally! I wish this was the first time this happened but it’s EVERYTIME we need to speak with someone.

Dr. Gangupantula has been my doctor for years with a brief hiatus that I deeply regretted.

The quality of care is amazing for not only diabetes but for all things needed from a primary care physician. She listens, acts, and makes sure that you are a participant of developing and understanding your plan of care before she leaves the room.

Her staff in the front office has brightened from a few years ago. They are always happy to help but even more so, full of information and willing to help make the appointment as smooth as possible.

The only “downside” is what actually makes Dr. G who she is. The wait times are because she is VERY thorough and so is her staff. Before Dr. G enters the room her staff has done the prep work, then Dr. G enters and gives you all the time you as the patient needs, then upon checkout your next appointment is set, the plan of care you as the patient as well as Dr.G set is printed out, any diagnostic orders including labs or more are provided, and then you are on your way.

I never done a review before but this doctor deserves one. She gives her time to explain all the answers in detail. She manages my gestational diabetes very well.

Dr g spoke to my husband about his concerns when he called after hours.
At his doctors appointment Dr g spent a lot of time talking about his health which is his more compliant with his medication and health care needs.

I truly believe if my husband had not seen dr g he wouldn’t be here any less longer. When he began with her his A1c was over 14 and now it’s 7. I highly recommend her.
