Every body please we must report this clinic and the staff to the Better Business Bureau.
This clinic don't care about any animal, over charge, hide and refuse information, so rude, very disrespectful. They even hung up the phone on me, and scream. And even worse my pet gums are not better. And they (the vet and receptionist) made up my cat having other illness so they can charge more. DON'T GO THERE AND REPORT TO BBB. And let's not forget to mention that the same people that work in the vet clinic constantly write the same reviews over and over to be able to have 4 stars. That's not honestly.

En esta clinica no quieren a ningun animalito. Cobran precios exesivos, esconden la information, son bien abusivos y mal humorados, irrespetuosos. Me colgaron el telefono varias veces y me gritaron. Y lo peor las encillas de me mascota no mejoraron. Tambien ellos (el veterinario y la recepcionista) se inventaron que mi gata tiene otras enfermedades para cobrarme mas. NO VAYAS A ESTE LUGAR Y REPORTA A BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Y no olvidemos mencionar que las mismas personas de la clinica escriben el mismo review una y otra vez para poder tener 4 estrellas o buenos reviews. No son honestos 🙁

La peor experiencia qué he tenido,la Doc. Es la misma que me atendió eñ otro día que fui hace como 4 meses,y me dio el mismo resultados eso si vcobran $ mucho dinero 860.00 por un lab,y suero,y fui a otra veterinaria y me cobraron 120 .00 y otro diagnóstico ,nodistinto,porfavor no expongan a sus animalitos ir a esa clinica

Absolute horrible place to go. The "I just work here female dog lady" didn't bother explaining anything about their services, it was "just sign here if you want your dog to be seen and we'll charge you thousands." Thankfully another patron was there and told us there was another option that was much less costly. It took me the same amount of time to be seen as another pet owner that paid that fee. Total scam, not to mention that their X-rays were so abnormal and said my dog was gonna die if we didn't wanna pay even more thousands to keep them overnight.

This establishment must be permanently closed down due to the tragic incident involving the loss of our beloved pet. It is evident that this place is unfit to continue operating, and I sincerely hope that the responsible individual loses their license to practice. We entrusted this establishment with the care of our precious baby during a routine spay operation, and the betrayal of that trust is deeply distressing. I implore all animal lovers to refrain from seeking their services and to heed the numerous negative reviews that highlight the abysmal conditions of this place. I intend to lodge a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and explore legal avenues to address the negligence that led to this heartbreaking outcome. The most distressing aspect of this ordeal was the lack of privacy and compassion shown to us when we returned to see our dog. We were denied the opportunity to grieve in solitude, and to add insult to injury, we were offered another dog as a replacement. Our sole desire was to reunite with our beloved pet, and we placed our trust in this woefully inadequate establishment to care for her. She was a healthy English bulldog of two years, and the procedure was intended to improve her quality of life, not to result in her untimely demise at the hands of an incompetent doctor and clinic. Despite their offer to cover the cost of cremation, our lack of trust led us to seek alternative arrangements for her final farewell. Even the individual who collected her remains confirmed that he frequently retrieves animals from this establishment, further exacerbating our concerns.

I have come here 2 times
One last year 2020 and 2nd 2021 in May. I am so happy with this vet, no once had i had a complain. First time my pitbull blue nose went in because of ear infection caused by wax got 3 shots of antibiotics and 3 medications to take home all worked in less than a week all for $168. Second time she got allergy from something at home, gave her 4 antibiotics and 3 medications at home by day 3 of her appointment she was growing her hair back and healing from her rash in her stomach by day 7 she was fully recovered all for $196. I can happy recommend this vet , very clean, and so nice to me and my lovely pet 04/28/21-05/07/21

We had to euthanize our dog of 13 years and the staff was wonderful. They gave us our privacy to say good bye and we’re so kind and understanding to our needs. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to have said good bye. They were very professional. We chose to get his ashes back and we’re handed back a beautiful plaque, certificate, and a gorgeous box with his ashes. I would definitely recommend this place. Their prices were very reasonable and the staff was outstanding.
