I sadly went to lay my cat Lucas to sleep which was really heartbreaking but the staff was very compassionate and understanding. They allowed us to still spend more alone time with my cat before continuing on with the procedure. Dr.Ellen was the sweetest and sent us a card giving us her sympathy. They seem to give care to both the pets and their owners which is really sweet.

I would have given zero stars but that’s wasn’t an option. I was probably at the hospital for 15 minutes waiting in a room and left. I had the worst experience with one of the front desk girls (long black hair). She was rude, didn’t ask me questions, and sent me straight to a room. Seems like all she cared about was that I fill out a “Good Samaritan Form,” because I asked if they could scan the kitten for a microchip to see if she had an owner, since I wasn’t, and she was rude about that too. I didn’t want to fill out this form because I had not decided if I was going to pick up the medical bill. I was going to make that decision after I found out if she had a microchip and they would not even scan her. The kitten was abandon at one of our major Pet Stores and a friend asked me for help. That’s how I got involved. She gave off a really bad vibe that got my blood boiling and my thing is if you’re not happy to be at work maybe you should not be working in the animal field. It’s possible I may have spoken to her over the phone too as that person was short with me too when I was trying to explain my situation. I am an RVT and would have shown compassion to a client first thing. I was a client today instead of an RVT. I work with animals all day long and love my job. One has to be aware that there are emotion’s involved and a client should be treated with kindness and respect. Management educate your front desk staff! I came in as an emergency and no one even bothered to triage my case! I know how important my case was. Did anyone else? I left after that whole experience. I have a sick kitten that needs help an I’m going elsewhere.

Just stay away. They're only thinking about money. I had to go there because all the vets were already closed, so I went there for an emergency. As soon as I arrived, they told me it would cost around $1,000 to $1,500, and then asked me to pay $700 before even seeing a doctor. The doctor then recommended putting my dog to sleep. I know he is in critical condition, but it felt like they were almost forcing me to do it.

The ridiculous part is that the doctor mentioned my dog might need surgery, but they weren’t sure if he could survive it (which I understand). However, they said that before performing the surgery, they would need to stabilize his condition (which I also understand). But even though they couldn’t stabilize him, they still expected us to pay the surgery cost, which is around $20,000. It felt like they just wanted to put my dog to sleep to make money.

We had a great experience here. The staff and veterinarian were friendly and explained everything thoroughly. We walked out of there with our dog in a much more comfortable state than when we showed up.

The staff were very calming, friendly, and patient. The waiting room was comfortable. i ended up taking my pet to another hospital because they did not have a neurologist on site that day, and they very kindly waived the charge for the initial exam. would absolutely go there again for emergency needs.

This is not a place I would recommend.although I did not have much choice as they were open when other gets on the area advertised 24 hours but when I got there they were closed I will say the front desk person was pleasant and more compassionate.I had an emergency with my dog he ate something from the the street and became lethargic and was dragging his back legs on the ground and was scared he is my service dog and the physician on hand informed me while filling out paperwork they she was going to take his vitals- but before she did this she ask me how I was paying for this is even though I was having a friend come with some cash I informed them I was having my own medical issues and at the time was low income I was then informed how pricey it was going to be and it could go much higher I wanted a price to induce vomiting and was told an outrageous figure and was told like that's not including the cost of the visit etc.. I asked if his vitals could be taken I was denied. I watched this same doctor with 2 other clients ensure payment was at the ready before anything was done as well. 2 years ago I spent my all I had on a vet and was pretty much ripped off.I understand it's a business, but that physician showed me that money was what was important to her allot more then the pet.Thank the Lord my dog got much better really quickly after leaving but I still am uneasy with the cold treatment they gave me and my dog.i only usually will review in good service but I love my dog and feel obligated to give other pet owners what happen with me.so they are prepared more than I was.
