I recently visited VCA urgent care in Laguna Niguel with my 11 and a half year old large dog. We were able to check in online before open hours and even received a text to come before hours . They would be ready for me at opening. I arrived early and texted I would wait in my car for them to open as my dog was a nervous dog around others. Although automated system said it couldn’t understand, 2 minutes later the receptionist said she would come for me and take me directly to a private room. This type of above and beyond service was the rule of the day. Tech, Gianna, and Dr. Gifford were both friendly,, warm and thorough in understanding history and explaining medical findings. They helped worked to provide the best care with the least stress to my dog and my pocketbook. They have provided answers to all my questions both during and after care and followed up by text to check in on my dog’s progress—which is great by the way! Thank you all.

Amazing place and amazing staff! We had a small emergency on a Sunday afternoon. Called and they got us in within 30 minutes. They were waiting for us when we pulled up. An hour later we had x-rays and medication‘s for our little dog. We couldn’t be more thrilled with their care and service and will definitely be back!

The entire staff is great. Second time going there and both experiences have fantastic. The staff is very caring, was great with our dog Dash, and extremely communicative. Their virtual waiting is great too, so you don’t just show up and sit around. This is our go to emergency room now.

Came here late in the day on a Sunday after my local pet urgent care was booked. Brandon met us upon arrival and was so sweet and caring throughout our whole time there. The love the whole staff showed my pup was exactly what you hope for when visiting a place that is not your normal veterinarian.

Dr. Crosley and Brandon patiently explained things to me, told me the options I had, and were expeditious where required.

The facility is brand new and beautiful. The rooms are spacious. They have a nice beverage selection and seating area for the wait and the facility was easy to park and walk up to.

We loved them and would absolutely go back… even if our local Urgent Care has availability I think we’ll still make the trip just for the staff!
