I drive from San Diego all the way to Los Angeles once a year because we have never found such an incredible veterinarian office. They have extremely friendly staff that you can tell loves animals. Dr. Husky is 10/10 and always a pleasure to see. He gets on the ground with our dog and really asks us how we feel and if we’ve noticed any issues. There is no hunting for extra things to charge you or extra exams. He simply wants to make sure your dog is okay and that’s that. We have had horrible experiences where we’ve learned once you find that great doctor who isn’t trying to sell you and really asks you questions that it’s not worth switching. Will be coming here with all of our animals. PS if you ever call and need something the staff is ULTRA FRIENDLY and they’re extremely attentive to handle your needs. Great work VCA of Southern California you have created life long friends with us.

If I was able to give 0 stars I totally would !! Don't bring your pups to this Hospital! I took my 8-month old husky there because she wasn't eating, was throwing up, and had diarrhea and my
baby died 2 days later. She was seen by Dr. William Husky and he only suggested a few shots and an X-Ray. She had that done and was sent home with some prescribed medication. Dr. Husky said she was stable and that she had probably eaten something bad to her stomach. My baby was able to walk when we took her that Thursday night and the next day
she was super weak. I didn't think much of it because he said she was stable and I figured the medication had her feeling fatigued. I was under
the impression she was going to get better and she passed the day after. Before she passed, she began bleeding from her genital area and
throwing up. I called the hospital that Saturday, an hour before she passed, so I could speak to the doctor and give him updates on my husky.
They told me he wasn't there but that they were going to call him to let him know the status of my dog. When she passed, I called back and all
they said was that they were sorry and proceeded to offer me their cremation services. Don’t bring your animals to this hospital!! All they care about is getting paid and nothing else.

If I could give 10 stars I would! My husband and I drove from Coronado (3 hours) for our German shepherd to see Dr Husky. I cannot emphasize enough how incredible it is to have a vet that is willing to listen to you about your pets needs without trying to sell you on unnecessary or traumatic treatments.
Will forever be loyal to this practice!

Absolutely horrible. You should only use this place as a last resort. Animal welfare is obviously not a priority here. They just want your money and will do the absolute bare minimum

My puppy was put down at this hospital today. Some of the doctors are professionals but i just don't understand why they didn't give my puppy a blood test upon arriving. He was hospitalized on the second day and i paid $1800 in total. On the third day, another doctor examined him and we decided to give him the blood test. It turns out that my puppy's liver was not functioning and his chance of survival is below 20%. I would have to pay $8000-$10,000 to give it a try but the doctor did not recommend it as this problem might reoccur even if he is fully healed. So why didn't they give him the blood test since I first got here? I just feel like they want me to hospitalize my puppy to get paid and then on the next day tells me that he is not going to make it. Whats even worse is that when the doctor was putting down my puppy, the receptionist and the hospital's manager, MANAGER was SINGING THE BIRTHDAY SONG!!! Do you know how hard it was to see your pet leaving this world while hearing the people outside singing and laughing? Don't tell me they have no idea that my pet is being put down. It was ridiculous and when I walked out of the room, they didn't even notice me leaving. THE MANAGER AND RECEPTIONIST DON'T GIVE AF ABOUT YOUR PET. THE ONLY THING IN THEIR EYES IS $$$. Here is a picture of my puppy before all this nonsense. I will be glad if anyone who sees this give him prayers.

Garbage practice that lets vet techs do what a veterinarian should.

They have signs up saying they are open until 8:00p.m. I arrived at 7:04p.m. and were told the practice was closed.

I was told this because licensed veterinarians do not stay on site until the close of business. Same at VCA TLC.

I only come here for speciality needs. My girl needed her knee checked out and repaired after injuring herself… Dr. Alan Schulman is truly a specialist who takes pride in his work. He repaired her as good as new with honesty and integrity. Thank you to Dr. Schulman and his team!
