Dr. Lenius was the most knowledgeable vet I've ever met. But, the thing that really made the difference was his compassion. He really cared. My sweet Annabel, in her prime was a feisty bossy feline. Unfortunately he didn't get to meet her at her best, but he did make sure she left this world loved and safe. Thank you, from the Poe family.

My dog tore his paw pad during a freak accident. My dog hates his feet touched. We tried at home to bandage but needed the help of professionals. On a holiday . They got us in and out really quickly. Explained everything completely to my husband and I and we’re very compassionate in caring for our anxious pup. He had to be sedated to wrap his injured paw. They did majority of the stuff in the room with us and only took him back when it was time for the actual procedure. I couldn’t be happier with the care we received! They even wrapped it in my favorite color ? and trimmed his nails while he was under (trust me, very grateful for that after years of trying to do them and drugging him for our primary vet to also struggle).

Even though VCA is not our regular vet, they were there for us at 1AM this past Saturday to help our fur baby Morgan cross the rainbow bridge with compassion and dignity. Our baby was suffering from congestive heart failure, and we decided to humanely end his suffering. Unfortunately, Morgan passed before this can be done. VCA staff cleaned Morgan up so we can say our goodbyes. Yesterday, we received a condolence card with Morgan’s nose & paw prints signed by all staff members. Finally, since the euthanasia service was not performed, they refunded this charge. We believe VCA staff provided excellent service during our time of distress and showed care & compassion during treatment of my baby Morgan.

We brought our cat here when he was breathing heavily. They were very prompt in treating him but unfortunately my kitty passed. He you had a history of asthma and heart disease.
All staff were very compassionate.
I highly recommend them!

This is an excellent hospital. While we did lose our sweet Paula, I know VCA, specifically the internal medicine department, did all they could for her. They provided detailed updates, realistic expectations, and options during her stay. We never felt rushed during our visits, or during our time with the doctor. Paula was able to come home and spend her final days with her family. I would recommend this hospital.

Dr. Brian was kind, professional, and compassionate. I took my little 18 year old chihuahua in for some urgent care. The whole staff was attentive. Dr Brian gave me options and did not try to push any unnecessary test or labs.
He carefully explained what was going on and answered all my questions. I felt it was a team decision for the care of my little chihuahua and that means the world in today’s medicine (people or animals/pets/furbabies).

I recommend VCA Emergency Center without reservations!!!!
