Everyone is always so helpful and accommodating. I have a very large dog who is extremely nervous to go to the vet. I always call and ask them to come get me so I can bring my boy in easily without running into multiple people or dogs on my way to his exam room. I can tell you that I have been in a lot over the past few years from anxiety, post med vet check ups, surgery, you name it! I can't recommend them enough.

Dr. Burger and Dr. Warner are great. Everyone including the nurses and front desk have been helpful, answered all my questions, gave lots of advice, and explained everything for my senior cat's dental work and ringworm. Dr. Burger did the dental work and my cat did not have any issues afterwards. They make sure to call back to answer your questions as well. They usually seem to have appointments available. Very happy to be taking my cat here.

We really do love our vet here but it is impossible to book a checkup appointment in a reasonable time right now. It's at least a month out every time AND you can't even go to a different VCA hospital with your care club membership. If you have a pet and need to get something looked at in a reasonable time, I do not recommend this vet.

Vet and staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Me and my pet felt reassured and well cared for. Was my first visit and they were very welcoming. The vet answered all my questions with easy to understand explanations. Had a few smaller issues with the checkout at the end but still a great experience

We love VCA. They always take such good care of our kitties. They were so compassionate and kind when we lost one of our cats. We had our yearly check up with Dr. Mendoza and he was funny and helpful with cat tips. I would recommend anyone to VCA beavercreek.

*UPDATE 10/22/2024* Situation has improved since Dr. Mendoza joined the practice. Hours are still variable and some weeks they only work 4 days. *PREVIOUS REVIEW*Too many customers, not enough veterinarians. This has been going on for 2-3 years. More than a month wait time for non-emergency appointment. Dr. Burger is a good vet, but she can't do it all. They are borrowing vets from other practices and referring clients to MedVet. Last week they were closed 4 days due to staff shortages. When they hire new vets, they don't stay long. We have been clients for 20+ years, but we are (reluctantly) going to look for another vet *outside* the VCA network.

Dr. Jorge Mendoza is a Godsend to the area. He gave me and my dog the attention that we needed, answered all my questions, and has an incredible personality. I had a wonderful experience at VCA Beavercreek. Dr. Mendoza is energetic, compassionate, knowledgeable, and willing to help. I don’t give many reviews, but he deserves it.
