I am impressed with the level of service at this clinic. Everyone, from the kennel and front desk staff to the vet techs and doctors, is friendly and helpful. They truly seem to care about your pets as well as your pocketbook. (I highly recommend looking into their care plans.) I have multiple older cats with various health conditions, so it can be a challenge to navigate their care, but VCA Beech Grove makes it much easier for me to care for my kitties. 😻

Took my German Shepherd, Zara, to this clinic today and the staff was absolutely amazing with her! We weren't sure how she would react to strangers, but they treated her like she was their own. We will not hesitate to go back.

On one of the most traumatic days of my life, I had to call the vet to have my dogs put down for severe aggression and repeatedly attacking and landing my other dog in the hospital after essentially ripping him apart in my back yard. While he was undergoing surgery today, I contacted this animal hospital where I was met with zero empathy. I love my dogs and this is one of the hardest decisions my family has ever had to make. The person that answered was rude, lacked empathy, and acted like I was bothering her by calling. If you don’t have kind emotions towards people dealing with trauma with their pets you should never work in an animal hospital or with people who have pets and you should also never hire people like this.

VCA Beech Grove is the absolute best!! After having an awful experience with a non-vca pet er, my husband took our cat here to his usual vet and had the best turn around experience. They gave my boy lots of love after having been through a lot in the past two days and helped come up with a plan to get him back into good health again.
I will always recommend VCA BG - they are one of a kind & all the staff has the kindest hearts— exactly what you look for to take care of your fur babies 💜

I take my 2 Chihuahua babies Alita and Gigi to this location and I couldn't be more pleased. ITs a bit inconvenient to not be able to go into the office but the care has not changed. Every person I have talked to there is very kind and I feel comfortable leaving my babies there. The prices are not the fault of the Vet. We knew that having dogs can be expensive especially with Chihuahuas. Yes sometimes it hits us hard in the wallet but I have found that having the Care Club has saved us a bunch. I highly recommend paying that monthly fee. You wont regret it. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Keep up the good work.

I wish I could give more than five stars. The level of care and compassion that our dog, Tucker, received was above and beyond our expectation. Dr. Healey was the only vet willing to take a chance on surgery for our 15+ year old chihuahua, which he came through like a champ. And while his spirit was strong, his body eventually failed, and once again, Dr. Healey and the staff were there to help us navigate our goodbye. We just couldn't be more appreciative of the caring environment at VCA!
