Got a free visit through an ad. They checked out my recently adopted senior cat for some concerns and provided me with amazing medicine and hospitality. The appointment room had plenty of toys and treats (and medical supplies)for cats and dogs. 100% going back for a check up/future visits up at this place

Repeatedly have the worst experience with the medical assistant who answers the phone for this business especiallylike today. Not helpful with the critical situation as this is the place that my dog has her medical hx with the same issue that paid this place 200.00 in collections. The place I posted to have financial foundations assistance because they gave me a print out of the financial cost for my dogs care to find out the real issue. Liars!! It is unbelievable but heck NO, will I Ever think to Call, or Use even a referral to anyone for the VCA Bering Sea Animal Hospital choses on the phone who the hospital can help or not help. On my last visit i left a review last January 2024, that apologize for not making it to your clinic to pay the 180.00 for meds and a check up but this business told me that I didn't have to worry about rushing payment and the office lied by telling me it was okay because we both were sick. However your business sent us to collections and it hadn't even been a month plus your office had informed me in writing on social media that it was okay when it was obviously not. Very sad for all of your business to say that it cares for your patience when you clearly Do Not! Shameful

Chelsea was a big help over the phone. Great service. Wednesdays are discounted vaccination days and I believe most vacs are 15 bucks.

10/16/2021 new appointment
Brought my dog in to have his ear infection remedied. He would not allow them to out a muzzle on him so we had to opt for sedation. I don't like to think about sedating animals because I have heard of issues with animals and their respiratory systems failing with this option.

But he is I. So much agony with his ear infection that it is necessary at this point.

Still awaiting the word to pick him up and concerned about this procedure.

Left the vet clinic at 850am and it is now 1015am. Sigh

Amazing service at a reasonable price. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the person to see your dog before the doctor is knowledgeable and friendly, and the doctor I had was amazing. Put all my worries to rest and I was in and out and about 25 minutes.

Staff is extremely friendly and good with animals. Plus they have a play area for the animals too, super awesome too! However, I made my appointment a month ago and I was literally in the office from 3:30 my appointment time until 6pm. That’s insane wait time just ridiculous. When I made the appointment part of the appointment was for getting medication for high anxiety for my cat. Which because of that they should have been able to predict that she would not be good with shots and should have given her calming medication right away. Because of that I couldn’t get part of her shots , which is going to bad for my cat because I’m moving to Cali next month. They told me basically because they are closing soon that they didn’t have any time to give her that calming medication for she can get the blood. A lot of waiting. All that time I probably saw the doctor like for thirty minutes, but it was in and out for a hour and a half. Plus the other animals got a goody bag and Angel did not and while I was waiting all that time I was trying to get help with the tea machine and it took about thirty minutes to help me with something that would have taken two minutes. Based on the time and not even finishing the complete treatment due to taking way to long. I would not recommend coming here…<3~A

My pitbull likes coming here! We’ve visit twice due to ear infections and allergies from being in the woods. Each visit has helped give him relief. Both visits were prescribed different medicine methods that have given him immediate comfort. A happy pooch that can comfortably sleep through the night without having any discomfort. That’s a big bonus. The online booking system is easy to navigate and communication has been great.
