Dr. Lager has been seeing and caring for our bulldog. She’s been very sweet and gives great advice to care for his high maintenance needs. The staff at Blue Cross are also amazing. Our bulldog is terrified of going to the vet and is fear reactive. They are all very careful with him and understanding. The receptionist was also very caring and sweet, when he had to go in for a surgery. She walked me through the entire process and told me to give them a call at anytime.

We typically avoid going to the vet as much as possible because of how much our bulldog hates it. But it’s been such an easy process at Blue Cross and makes me feel so much more at ease when he is their care. Thank you all!!

This facility is one of the best places I have used for my pet care. Started going to see them with Dr. Sue Balelo in February 2012 when Kaijto was a lil pup, until Nov 2024. I highly recommend this facility for all your pet care needs.

I just want to express how helpful and awesome this whole team is and they get things done! Thank you Michelle at the front line! The efficiency I witnessed at VCA Blue Cross was jaw dropping. The facility is clean and comfortable which helps the pet parents. The staff cares so much about the pets comfort and health care, which is obvious.
Staff wise: Dr. Wiggers is not only kind, but more importantly educated and amazing. I took my buddy Tobias for a dental/extractions and I left feeling very good with the hands and care he was with.
Shout out to Amanda!!! She checked him in and out and I believe cleaned his nasty teeth. She did an amazing job making his icky mouth to pearly whites!!! She made me feel comfortable leaving my pup with their team today!! Thank you Amanda!!!

My furry kids have been patients at Blue Cross for many years. I lost my two senior kitties after a lot of awesome care and old age. I just adopted two kittens and they’re having some belly issues. Dr. Balelo, the front desk staff, vet techs, and physicians are amazing. I have plenty of veterinarians close to me, but I choose to drive 26 miles each way because I have a healthcare partner. My puppy Summer and I have been going to VCA Blue Cross for nearly a year now since I first purchased her from the Petland in Boca park with which they are partnered. I have nothing but good things to say about them. The staff is entirely friendly from the people in reception to the veterinarians and all the supporting technicians in between. They've each treated summer like shes family and I've had full confidence in their ability to take care of her. The treatments and visits are usually reasonably priced for this part of town and for the caliber of staff that they employ. Dr. Wiggers and Dr. Martinez are both highly recommended by both of us and we look forward to seeing them again throughout Summer's life.

She takes the time to talk with you, explains everything in detail, is patient with questions, remains caring when we get teary-eyed and is so good to our kitty.
