I can’t say enough good things about VCA! Everyone there is always so welcoming, kind, and professional. They treat my dog like their own and always go the extra mile to make sure he’s comfortable and cared for. Every staff member I’ve met has been awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. I’m thankful for the excellent care we get and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend VCA to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate animal hospital.

We've been taking our dogs here since 2011 and have always gotten the best care for our pets. Dr. Cutler and Dr. Mix are the best and I never worry that their care is 2nd rate. The techs and office personnel are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about job. My only wish is that they had'nt become a part of the VCA Group. My husband and I feel it takes away from the familyl. But we will still continue to go there and support the Checking Valley Animal Hospital❤️

Top notch folks, Dr. Mix was lovely with our little Pepper, and all the staff and techs have been amazing. A special shout out to the lady at the front desk, who knows we love later in the day appointments and even when she's cleaning to go home will still stop and make us feel extremely welcome.

We moved to the area and needed a new vet after some research we found chemung valley vet. I was so nervous going the first time but the staff was amazing. They welcomed us with arms open. Not just that Dr. nix and Dr cutler are amazing. After our puppy got into a little tussle with her house mat they were right there. dr. Cutler was amazing he explained everything to my husband and everything made sure we knew our options and what to do . So this never happens again. I can’t even begin to thank them enough. For the care and how they treat us. We do feel like family. We love them. So thank you

Mostly because of Dr. Cutler & how he treats our poodle.
Staff is smiling & friendly.
Amazing prices on EVERYTHING.
And when a pet has surgery, they trim their nails & clean their ears for free. Great with patient teaching.
