My appointment was canceled because I didn’t confirm the day before, even though they left me a voicemail confirming it. I followed all the instructions they gave me, including sending my medical records and completing everything they requested. They even confirmed the appointment a week prior. When I arrived and found out it was canceled, I spoke with Wendy, the office manager, to explain that I should be seen since I followed their process. I worked all day yesterday unaware that I had to verbally confirm, especially since they confirmed the appointment a week before. If they had told me then that I’d need to confirm again the day before, I would have.

The service here is disappointing, and my pet hasn’t even seen the vet yet. With such disorganization and lack of communication, I can see why they only have three stars. Save yourself the trouble and consider going elsewhere. Wendy, as the manager, here’s the review I told you I would write. Have a great day!

I recently adopted a cat, and VCA is in collaboration with PA's shelter that they give a complementary checkup for pets that are adopted. I took Sapphire here to get a checkup, and they gave me tips on how to better care for her. all the staff here were very passionate about animals, and that was so nice to see. We'll definitely be coming back here for her regularly checkups and vaccines !

I took my dog here for a teeth cleaning procedure at 7am, which was supposed to be under the supervision of Alisa Shen. Because they needed to use anesthesia, my dog had to take antibiotics the previous night, and had been fasting (no food or water).

I was assured she would be seen on time, but by noon, 5 full hours later, they had not even began my dog’s procedure. I was furious, so my family went and picked up my dog. Even after all of this, no one from the clinic bothered to call to explain what happened. I am astounded no one even had the decency to apologize. This is malpractice and I won’t be returning.

cat died... They diagnosed my cat with bladder stones and wanted to do a surgery within the same week, I didn't have the money for it so I waited a couple of months to gather the money, in the mean time they put him on a special diet to help with bladder stones. When I had the money gathered, I called to make an appointment in which they said they need to assess my cat again, and when they did XRAY's , he didn't have the bladder stones anymore and to their explanation, the special diet worked. Until many months later my cat was acting up and I took him to emergency and he had 8 bladder stones, and he ultimately ended up dying 2 weeks after the emergency visit. I blame this clinic for the miscommunication of my cats bladder stones. I don't know why the emergency clinics XRAY showed 8 stones but their XRAY couldn't? I had the money gathered and I was willing to do the surgery when I had the money. Now my cat is gone, I am heartbroken and I miss him every single day of my life.

I have taken my cats to VCA Crocker Animal Hospital since the 80's. Now I have a new senior cat and she recently needed some dental work. Both she and I are pleased with the results. I will always take my pets here.
