I have been taking my fur baby here the last several times & I absolutely love the atmosphere here & attention to detail both from the staff & our vet Dr McGee. They have never rushed us and are very patient with my dogs needs. My dog absolutely hates people touching her ears and the vet techs did amazing with my dogs ears. I honestly don't know how they do it so good. The staff were so professional & took the time to explain the costs of everything before anything was done. The prices are very fair compared to other vets I have been to. Their entire staff is always super friendly & you can tell they care about your fur baby. I will take all of my dogs here for any future vet visits.
If any of the staff reads this, thank you all so much for helping my dog Ember. Her ears are doing great! ?

Great staff and vets! They are so incredibly sweet, kind, and always greet you with a smile. They take every concern and consideration you have with your pet at heart and are great with communication. Clean and spacious waiting area, and they have a special thing that lights up when someone is going through that hard time.
I am going to miss this clinic as we are leaving, but I highly recommend.

Triple lumpectomy and was seen quick with her initial appointment, it was only about two weeks to be seen. Two weeks more and she was in the door for her procedure.

I truly thank the staff for making it easy and clearly caring about animals. Greatly thank our DVM for doing a great job, thank you for calling and letting me know she was done with her surgery. You guys are amazing!

We have been regularly using the Eagle River VCA for our German Shepherd for 2 years and have nothing but good things to say! We've had a few different doctors and they have all been kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. The front staff is always friendly and accommodating of our dog who isn't great with other dogs. They've also been flexible for more urgent issues, even when they're busy and booked weeks out. We appreciate the military discount too!

Clean facility, compassionate staff. Docs are really good about finding multiple solutions to treat health problems, and are kind to anxious clients as well as to the patients themselves. Great about squeezing in appointments for stuff that crops up suddenly. My senior cat loves Dr. Harlow!

They did all the things my dog usually hates and she was happy at the end. Staff was friendly. Would recommend.

My dogs love coming to the vet, frequently they'll get stubborn on our walks trying to go inside for a visit. All levels of staff have been great. Helpful, knowledgeable, sympathetic, humorous, and very professional.
Only down side is that they're no longer able to do boarding, this is by no means fault of this particular location. Hopefully big VCA can change it back 🙂

My beautiful little cat George was seen today on an emergency visit for an abscess on his little face. They were able to fit him in within 24 hours of calling . The staff were kind and friendly from the smiling receptionist to the assistant and doctor.They answered all my questions and made me feel at ease knowing that I was worried about my baby boy. We are so very lucky to have such a wonderful bunch of professional animal experts here in Eagle River. They have my business for as long as I live here. Thank you and God bless you VCA Eagle River.
