Have been impressed with every single interaction we've had with VCA East! Our pups received the most thorough and careful exam during their initial well-check along with outstanding follow up from the VCA East team afterwards. When one pup was injured and had to be seen at an emergency facility later, the VCA East team followed up with us to check in on her once they received the report from the ER. Their communication and follow up is top notch, staff is professional, caring and efficient and we couldn't be happier with the care our pups have received.

This is the best vet office, the staff are professional, accommodating, and caring. Unfortunately both of my dogs have been bit by other dogs within the last few months and both times VCA took the best care of my pets on little to no notice and were communicative and thoughtful throughout the process. It's abundantly clear they truly care about you and your animals and I wouldn't consider taking my dogs to any other vet.

Love our experience here. The front desk is amazing - especially Susie. . The service and care of our dogs is always good. They are communicative and accommodating. We have had some unforeseen injuries that we’re able to be treated within 24 hours! Definitely recommend this place without reservation for your medical pet care needs.
