Extremely thankful that this staff was willing to see our dog in an emergency situation and perform surgery he needed. They took excellent care of him and of us. We highly recommend them and look forward to taking our pet to them moving forward. Great staff all around.

Dr. Forde has taken care of six of our dogs over the past 12 years. She is a wealth of knowledge and has treated each of our dogs with so much care from puppyhood to their final moments. She has been able to find things Purdue wasn’t able to find and advocate for our pets when they received emergency care. Our dogs have all loved her, and she is a calming presence during tense moments. Really thankful to have her and the entire VCA team. VCA isn’t the cheapest place in town, but we would not trust anyone else with our pets’ care.

We went to the urgent care here with our kitty. Unfortunately we had to let our old kitty go. The whole staff was extremely nice and helped us a lot with the process. Explaining what would happen. Etc. and gave plenty of time with him for his last moments before letting him go. We received a card in the mail, handwritten, from each of their staff. They made the whole process feel a lot better and I definitely recommend here.

The only good part of my experience was the person who answered the phone who told me to download the coupon for the free first exam. Everything else was terrible. My dog had diarrhea, and they wanted to charge me close to $400 for some medication and a fecal screen. I told them she had not thrown up and did not show any signs of nausea, but was still prescribed nausea medication. Make sure to check your bill before agreeing to anything with them. Better yet, just don't go there in the first place unless you absolutely have to.

Also, I don't trust ratings whenever a business is always replying to negative reviews. You know the main reason is to try to appease people so they take down their negative review. Even with that, their rating still sucks. Seriously, go to literally any place else.

I brought my dog in while halfway through a 15 hour drive right as they were closing. My dog was getting sick and I couldn’t stop it. They extended their hours to let us in and were so sweet and gentle with her. They made sure I was set for the rest of my drive with supplies and got me on my way efficiently and with everything I needed. They went above and beyond.

Made the terrible mistake of coming here once again, and I never will again unless it is life or death. My dog had an ear infection and it ended up that she got a hematoma in her right ear, and I went in to get medication for it. The vet goes onto tell me that it either will be a very painful surgery for my elderly dog OR I could pay 700 dollars THAT DAY to get it fixed. I chose to do neither and go to a different clinic where they fixed her hematoma with medication that the rude vet said that I could not use. Her behavior was so bad that even the vet tech came back into the room and APOLOGIZED to me for her bad service

I think that if its so bad that your vet techs are coming up to customers and literally saying "I'm so sorry, she is always like that with customers. What she said isn't entire accurate" Maybe you shouldn't keep her on then? Idk what else to say. Clearly I'm not the first person that this has happened to, and i could forgive it if it was one time but it is constantly with this place.

No hate against the vet tech or receptionist but I don't recommend this place unless it is an absolute life or death emergency.

Dr Forde and her staff took great care of my new labradoodle. Every time I bring him in he loves his visit because and his tail is wagging. Dr Forde is very knowledgeable about vet care and I feel comfortable having her treat my pet. If you are looking for a new vet, look no further!
