Great staff, super friendly, and good prices. Had to go in for an "emergency" and they squeezed us in with no problem. I put it in quotes because I may have overreacted at the sight of blood but they fit us in without a problem. Only have experience taking dogs there but will continue to do so.

Horrible service my little small dog gets into a fight bleeding all over the place so we take her here and they refused to help as the doctor is absent this super unprofessional there should be someone to help at all time and to add on to this the clinic was open on business hours so there was no way of knowing we and when not to go, and my dog us a patient of this clinic and they didn't have any problem with letting her die from bleeding out, do not! Come here if you care about your dogs or pets life as they clearly are not responsible nor do they care about there long time customers

They gave us our baby back! Our little boy, Sugarpie (male cat, long-haired), was super sick. He wouldn't eat anything, was losing weight, just basically dying slowly in front of us. We knew we couldn't afford a vet bill, but hated seeing him suffer. So, I brought him to the VCA. The staff was excellent, everyone was nice. The doctor wanted to do blood work and x-rays test.. Sugarpie had bronchitis or pneumonia and was put on an IV for a week. He pulled through and is back to normal! We thank Dr. Mason so much, we know without her care, Sugarpie wouldn't be here right now.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Diagnosed our cats issue and proscribed medication to cure cats eye issue. I highly recommend VCA Animal Hospital for your pets needs.

Tried to get a prescription filled on Monday, was put on hold for over 20 minutes, then told to try back later. Called back the same day, was put on hold again only to be told someone would call me back by the end of the day. No one called back. I called again two days later and nothing had progressed. It was like I never called on Monday. They told me it was taking so long because there is only one doctor. That sounds like a pretty solvable problem. First, I don't see how one doctor prevents the rest of the staff from calling me back. Second, having one doctor shouldn't be an excuse for delaying care as simple as filling a prescription; especially not at a VCA. If not enough doctors is the problem, hire more doctors so that you can run your business more efficiently. Like professionals should. For context, my pet has thyroid issues and is very dependent on his medication. I wish I could give zero stars.
