We began using Maple Ridge after disappointing service and care from the vet our 10 year old senior dog was with from a puppy. For the past two years, Tiberius had excellent care as we navigated the complex changes in a senior dog. When we discover Ti had sundowners, Dr Larry explained what was going on, offered us support. When the time came for us to make the difficult decision to put our amazing 13 year old dog down, the staff was kind, treating us with respect and dignity.
They made a very difficult time for our family as easy as it could be and we are grateful.
Cremation by Passages was beautiful and a loving tribute to our beloved Tiberius.

Only giving 2 stars because Judy who I spoke with on the phone was very friendly, and my cat got a goody bag. The receptionists In the office are extremely unprofessional and rude. I expressed concern about my cats skin and they dismissed me on that. while my partner and I were waiting for our appointment they were talking about me right in front of us.

I have been taking my shihtzu,Sammie , there for years and h seem s to be doing pretty well. Wen he is not sleeping he loves a ride in the car. and loves going to Home Depot and Lowe's where everyone wants to pat him, but makes it hard to shop!
Sam also enjoys sticking his head out of window even in. freezing weather.

Dr. O’Donnel is the best. My 19-20 year old pup is under her care and doing very well. She patiently explains everything and returns my calls. I highly recommend her. All of the staff are wonderful and very helpful.
