I came to this location to have my dogs tumors checked and have them removed. my vet that does his vaccines doesn’t do surgery and Blue Pearl is too long a wait and very expensive. I was very happy with my experience they got me in quickly to get looked at , surgery was scheduled next day. They updated me throughout the day and took very good care of him. They listened to all of my concerns, and we made a plan together that we thought was best for him. Both vets I met with with were kind , knowledgeable and professional.

This was our first experience with VCA clinic. We took our newly adopted Rottador puppy in for his first checkup. The staff was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The wait time was short. The facility was clean, comfortable and up to date. Everything from check-in to checkout went very well.

Had a great experience at VCA over the holiday weekend. All the staff were kind and knowledgeable, but I was immediately put at ease by the tech Elise who was so kind and gentle with my cat. She took the time to review our visit after we were seen and ensured our follow-up instructions were clear and understood which is always appreciated. Dr. Maness was also fantastic and just as gentle with my little guy. A pet health scare over the holiday weekend is no fun, but I'm so grateful the staff at VCA were there for us

Dr. Mary Hill and the staff here are great! Each time I’ve come here, my dog and I have been treated with respect and compassion and I’m kept informed of what’s going on. This was our first time seeing Dr. Hill, and she and her assistant made my senior (10 year old) dog feel more comfortable than I’ve seen him with other vets. She made sure to get down onto his level and made sure he felt safe and secure. I understand veterinary expenses can be steep, but I feel everything is fairly priced. Also, the front desk was very friendly and welcoming.

VCA has been our pet care provider for the last 20 years. We are always happy with the care and the service our pets receive. From the office staff to the technicians to the doctors, VCA has always provided professional and friendly service. Whether it’s a routine visit, an illness, or something more serious, we can trust the doctors and staff to thoroughly provide us with the knowledge and information needed to make the best decisions about our pets’ care and treatments. We have a long history with many beloved pets at VCA, and I wouldn’t trust their care to another veterinary clinic.

Unfortunately there's no option to give zero stars.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
I should have known when the doctor constantly referred to my female dog as a "he." Aside from the fact that their pricing is completely arbitrary and changes every time you visit and based on the person checking you out, this place may KILL your pet with negligence. One of the vet techs at this place put my elderly pug in a diabetic coma after she gave an insulin overdose, and subsequently hospitalized for a week thereafter. One would think if the dog is hospitalized due to your own employee's negligence, they wouldn't charge for services connected to your employee's negligence. Not true with this place; they covered only a portion of the costs for my dog to remain in treatment. And when I visited my dog in treatment, she was laying in her own urine. The vet tech may have been disciplined (who knows), but she kept her job. Imagine how it felt to see the person who almost killed your pet still working at the place in the same position when your dog is still suffering the after-affects of that employee's negligence. And just like their prices, your proposed treatment plan will also differ from doctor to doctor. One doctor might recommend dental work and the next will strongly advise against it. That's not just differing opinions between different people, that's a complete opposite recommendation. Imagine your own doctor recommending heart surgery and the next doctor advising against it. Some places might have doctor's with not-so-great bedside manner, which I can deal with. This place though, has problems beyond repair. FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE. Atlanta has many vets, don't settle for sub par, negligent care. Picture below is what your dog will look like as she suffers from VCA's negligence.

This vet SAVED my baby boy and me last Saturday!

Saturday evening, my sweet puppy tried to jump up on the bed and his dew claw got wound in the sheet. In some kind of bizarre freak accident, his dew claw tore partially off. He was crying and bleeding, and I was full-on freaking out.

I called several vets, and they were all closed, too busy, or had absurd wait times. I finally ended up calling VCA Vet and they were courteous, prompt, and very caring. They got us in after less than 20 minutes wait time and did a beautiful job with my puppy, doing what amounted to a minor surgery on the spot! Then, they gave us several prescriptions to take along to prevent infection and inflammation.

My puppy is back on his feet, and he’s feeling better, so I am too! Thank you, VCA!

I had not taken my cat to the vet since relocating to Atlanta. He was very crotchety and hated the vet, and it hadn't been a priority to find someone for him yet. Until I woke up this morning, and he was having trouble walking. He had been failing the last few months (he was a big 17 year old cat, so very old in cat years), but this morning, it was time. I called the vet, and they immediately talked me through cost and options as well as offering to allow me to come in when I was ready or to schedule an appointment. It's never fun to put an animal to sleep, but the staff at VCA Midtown were so kind to me and my poor sweet baby, treating him gently and offering me the time and information I needed. For a terrible experience, they made it as good as they could, and they were very transparent about how the process worked which made it easier.
