I switched my fur baby to VCA Naperville Ridge in 2021 and it's been the best experience. We have had many health emergencies and they are always attentive and responsive. I also love how I can hear the staff enjoying how awesome she is during procedures behind the scenes. I can trust that she's in good hands when getting her lab draws and shots. The staff enjoy what they do, and take time answering questions.

While I wouldn't say our rescue pup loves going to the vet, he does love and feel very comfortable with the doctors here, especially Dr. Grosse. We are so thankful that this team goes the extra mile to show him love and take care of him in a way that works for him.

At this time of my life, we have 2 young cats and a puppy. Four months ago we had two young cats and a senior dog. I’ve been going to VCA Naper Ridge for a few years ever since our last vet retired and I wasn’t comfortable with a few other places we visited before settling on VCA. I can’t recommend this vet highly enough. My animals have visited every one of the vets on staff and my senior dog used to be groomed by Nora as well. I’ll always be grateful for how my dog’s end of life care was handled by Dr. Demers. The bottom line is that every time I leave, I feel so happy and relieved that I go here. My puppy will be spayed soon and having the Care Club to make it workable to do it at VCA rather than free down near Joliet removed a tremendous amount of anxiety that I’d been having. Once again, I can’t recommend this vet highly enough.

We have taken our 14 year old miniature schnauzer to VCA Naper Ridge since she was a puppy. She recently passed away, but I can’t recommend Dr. Grosse highly enough. Dr. Grosse was very thorough and understood the complex case that our schnauzer was, giving us so much time and educating us on things to look out for. She even consulted a cardiologist for us on multiple occasions to confirm that the treatment plan was the absolute best one for our dog and would call to check on her after vet visits. Additionally, all of the vet techs were very sensitive to her being blind and always were so kind and gentle with her. We ran into issues with finding a groomer who would take her due to her heart condition in the past few years, but Nikki has done a fantastic job on her always and has been so thoughtful and accommodating to my dog’s complex needs. I can’t recommend Dr. Grosse and her team any more highly. We will always be grateful for the compassionate and extremely thorough care you all gave a very medically complex dog, which certainly helped her live so much longer! Thank you to everyone at VCA Naper Ridge for taking care of our Schotzie so well.

Brought my cat there to take part in the free wellness check they’re offering. Staff was helpful. Doc seemed like she knew what she was doing. Came up with a treatment plan that they didn’t force on me when I said I have to think and research before committing to it. The services are very pricy, hence 4 stars. Almost $500 for urinalysis + full blood panel

We just had to have our dog be put down which was completely heartbreaking. The staff at VCA was so kind and really made the experience heartwarming even though we were devastated. Just so appreciative of them for getting us through that very hard time.

I have been going to VCA Naper Ridge for nearly 20 years! They continually go above and beyond to make sure not only my dog is comfortable but that I am. Currently I am taking my second dog to them. They helped me through the end of life of my last dog. My current dog has had unexpected, quick onset, medical issues that were difficult to navigate. Dr. Blentlinger and Dr. Ketner are always there to provide support and suggest steps forward as if it’s their own pet. I am infinitely grateful for these vets as well as all the staff here!

VCA naper ridge was wonderful with my dog who was experiencing issues with his eye. He has a lot of anxiety and Shawnna really went the extra mile when it came to patience and helping him be more comfortable.
