We have received compassionate care for our 10 year old dog both during regular and ER appointments. The doctors are thorough and thoughtful, and kind to our dog and to us. Most recently during an ER situation, I appreciated that Dr Stregmoller explained things in a way that was easy to understand, and left plenty of opportunity for questions. She and the staff also followed up with timely calls to see how our dog was doing. So nice to have a great vet in a small town!

The best vet we have ever been to! First time patient and they fit us in very quickly and made us feel right at home. It’s been hard to find a vet that is good with cats but everyone here was incredible and kind! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I brought my dog in yesterday to be seen for an emergency vet appointment. The staff were really kind and helpful and fit him in the same day. The vet was really knowledgeable and gentle! He’s already feeling so much better! I highly recommended them!

I took my Scottish Terrier in on a Saturday as he wasn’t feeling well for a couple of days and I was getting concerned. The entire experience was very smooth, from my first phone call to getting in to see a nurse first and then the doctor. It was a thorough exam and both professionals asked many questions and got down on the floor to engage with my Gus. He ended up having a sore leg and they gave me pain meds to help him through along with some ideas to keep his mind more active when I’m away at work and he’s home alone. As a new customer the $95 visit fee was waived and his two medications were $58. I’m really happy I went to make sure my dog is ok and will definitely use this vet practice in the future.

I was greeted as a new client warmly and happily upon walking in to the business. I had a day of being at 2 prior businesses and being treated rudely and nasty so it was refreshing! They and their groomer, Veronica went out of their way to accommodate my dogs for a groom that afternoon being completely last minute and usually impossible for same day. However they made it happen and were happy to do it! It was refreshing to experience great customer service again as I think it’s a dying thing these days! Veronica was an amazing groomer, so kind, gentle and patient in her approach to my dogs. I highly recommend not only for grooming but for the vet, we will be switching vets and seeing them for all our cares!

Charlie the wonder cat has always been anxious about the dreaded visit to the vet. He liked the exam room because it had a cat condo where he could hide. His treats were plentiful and the staff was kind and gentle. We are glad that such a calm place exists where getting a shot or two is not a nightmare.

We are so grateful and happy for for the care our family dog, Marco Polo, receives at North Idaho Animal Hospital. The entire staff, front and back, is always professional and courteous, but yesterday, an extraordinary effort was made to treat Marco. For this, we are exceedingly grateful.
