Dr. Paul has been exceptionally kind and helpful to my dog, Cleopatra. We were struggling to find a good vet to help my dog with her newly diagnosed diabetes. The first visit was super helpful and Dr. Paul was extremely knowledgeable, he even called cleopatra a day after to make sure she was feeling better.

Cleopatra is a high-stress & untrusting dog, she hides under tables, chairs, or whatever if she’s at the vet and usually trembles. Dr. Paul spent quality time during our first exam helping cleopatra feel comfortable.

Dr. Paul is the ONLY vet that cleopatra didn’t stay hiding under the chairs. She came up to him on her own, took treats from him, and even let him touch her. (This never happens)

As fur parents we love our animals as our family. Dr. Paul made us feel like he loves cleopatra too. We are the most grateful.

So Gizmo has hyperthyroidism. It tried to take him out, but luckily he had a couple lives left. My gf and I have been to a slew of terrible vets, taking turns rushing him to emergency animal hospitals and begging for treatment, spending literally thousands over the last year. Let me just say not all vets love animals. The new vet we've started seeing is VCA Northside and Dr. Feng is amazing, knowledgeable, cares about animals, even petting Gizmo first, putting him at ease. And Julian, one of the nicest most caring vet techs I've met. He handles Gizmo without issue. Whereas the last place made us drug Giz with gabapentin before they'd handle him. The difference I feel, Gizmo's experience, it's night and day. I can't sing their praises enough. Dr. Feng even knew about treatment options for Gizmo's hyperthyroidism that no other vet ever educated us about! Highly recommend!

The staff are very friendly and helpful . They will help you with your senior pet get in and out of your vehicle. Dr. Sun is very gentle with your pet. Dr. Sun listens very carefully and is does everything to make sure your pet is getting the best care for their needs. My dog Macho loves her. The office is very clean . There are enough chairs to sit comfortably. The waiting room is very large, giving your pet his own space. I never have to wait more than five minutes. Each dept. has a specially trained person to help. The prices are fair and they work with you and your pets needs. The follow-up is excellent.?

What are the odds that the one VET I choose to take my dog daughter Holly to, the Dr lives on the mountain like me ?! I love this place. Everyone is so welcoming and so friendly. Dr. Vaccarello’s energy is awesome! I always have been with Banfield in the past but I decided to go with VCA this time and I’m very happy that I did.
